Կրթության ոլորտի բազմամյա նվիրյալները՝ կեղծ «բարեփոխիչների» թիրախում

Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին Երևանի քաղաքապետի որոշմամբ՝ քաղաքապետարանի Հանրակրթության վարչության պետի տեղակալ նշանակված մանկապարտեզի նախկին վարիչ Քրիստինա Վարդանյանը նշանակումից օրեր անց ազատվել էր աշխատանքից` իր դիմումի համաձայն: Վարդանյանի հեռանալու պատճառ է հանդիսացել իր դեմ կազմակերպված արշավը, որի նախաձեռնողը մասնակցային դպրոցի տնօրեն Վահրամ Սողոմոնյանն էր: Ահա իր՝ Քրիստինե Վարդանյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Վահրամ Սողոմոնյանն ակտիվ համագործակցում է մի շարք միջազգային գրանտային կազմակերպությունների հետ, բացի այդ, նա նաև հանդիսանում է քաղաքապետարանի Հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Մարգարիտ Խաչատրյանի մտերիմը: Չի կարելի բացառել, որ այդ հիմնադրամների հետ առնչվող կազմակերպության ղեկավարի՝ Սողոմոնյանի արշավը որոշակի առումով արտահայտում է նաև հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ներքին վախերը, քանի որ վերջինս գուցե ուներ որոշակի մտավախություններ, որ առավել պրոֆեսիոնալ տեղակալի ֆոնին իր հետագա գործունեության հեռանկարները փոքր-ինչ մշուշոտ կդառնան:
Միևնույն ժամանակ Սողոմոնյանը մոռանում է հանուն իր կողմից այդքան ջատագովված օբյեկտիվության նշել, որ Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը, լինելով բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի կին, այնուհանդերձ երկար տարիներ աշխատել է հանրակրթության ոլորտում և իր փորձով ու գիտելիքներով միանշանակ համապատասխանում էր այդ պաշտոնին: Ինչ վերաբերվում է Վարդանյանի ամուսնուն, ապա վերջինս իր ոլորտում հայտնի է որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ և սկզբունքային պաշտոնյա: Ի դեպ, հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Մարգարիտ Խաչատրյանի ամուսինը նույնպես բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա է՝ ՊՆ-ում, սակայն այս հանգամանքի վրա «օբյեկտիվ» Սողոմոնյանը, չգիտես ինչու, ուշադրություն չի հրավիրում:
Քրիստինե Վարդանյանի որոշումը սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտատերերը մեծ ափսոսանքով և վրդովմունքով են ընդունել, արձագանքներից մի քանիսը ներկայացնենք ստորև.
Իր հերթին ավելորդ չէ նշել, որ Սողոմոնյանը մշտապես է խառնվում հանրակրթության ոլորտի գործերին: Հեղափոխությունից հետո ԶԼՄ-ին ահազանգած դպրոցների աշխատակիցները պնդում էին, որ միջազգային հիմնադրամների հետ ուղղակիորեն կապ ունեցող անձինք ոլորտում լծվել են ոչ թե դրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու, այլ դպրոցների համբավը սևացնելու և «հին» տնօրեններից ազատվելու գործին: Այդ անձանց թվում էր նաև Վահրամ Սողոմոնյանը: Թեև իր քայլերի իրական մոտիվացիաների վերաբերյալ հարցերը պետք է ուղղել իրեն՝ Սողոմոնյանին, այնուամենայնիվ կարելի է նաև որոշակի եզրակացություններ անել, թե ինչու է նա այդքան ժրաջանորեն առաջ քաշում հանրակրթության ոլորտի «բարեփոխումների» իր ծրագրերը՝ երևան բերելով օրակարգեր, որոնց արդյունավետությունը ոլորտի մասնագետների մոտ բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում...
