Մեզ պետք չեն օտարերկրյա ներդրումներ, որովհետև տնտեսական կապիտալը շատ հեշտ վերածվում է քաղաքական կապիտալի․ Արմեն Ճուղուրյան

«Ինչ է մեզ հիմա անհրաժեշտ տնտեսությունը ոտքի հանելու համար։ Միշտ ասել ենք որ սեփականաշնորհում, մասնավոր ռեսուսները ավելի լավ են աշախատում, քան թե պետությունը։ Ես հակադարձում եմ՝ մեզ պետք է պետականացում։ Առավել ևս հանքաարդյունաբերության ոլորտում, որովհետև անխնա շահագործելով մեր ընդերքն այդ ամբողջ հարստությունը ծառայում է օտարին։ Ինչքան էլ խոշոր հարկատուներ լինեն մեր հանքաարդյունաբերության կազմակերպությունում մեզ փշրանքներ են հասնում այդ հանքերի շահագործումից, մեր ազգին պարզապես կողոպտում են»,- այսօրվա կայացած «Արարատյան Ալյանս» նորաստեղծ ինստիտուտի  համաժողովի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց  տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Արմեն Ճուղուրյանը։ 

Ըստ տնտեսագետի՝ դրանք ռազմավարական նշանակության խնդիրներ են։

 «Արդեն 30 տարի է, որ մենք ողջունում ենք օտարերկրյա կապիտալիներ հոսքը Հայաստան և ասում, որ չի գալիս, քիչ են օտարերկրյա ներդորումները, ես կարծում եմ՝ մեզ պետք չեն օտարերկրյա ներդրումներ, որովհետև տնտեսական կապիտալը շատ հեշտ վերածվում է քաղաքական կապիտալի։ Հիմա դրա մեծ ռիսկը կապված է Թուքիայի հետ, ով անհամբեր սպասում է սահմանների բացմանը։ Իմ կարծիքով Հայաստանում շատ փող կա, որը մենք չենք կարողանում հավաքագրել։ Դրա հեշտ մոդելը  դա պետական արժեթղավորում կազմակերպելն է։ Այսինքն, մենք ձևավորում ենք ազգային կապիտալ։  Ցավոք, մենք չկարողացանք մեր Սփյուռքի կապիտալը ներգրավվել, և գնալով մեր սփյուռքահայությունը հեռանում է մեզանից։ Ինչ վերաբերում է «անվտանգության բարձիկին», ասեմ որ դա հայրենանվեր տնտեսավարումն է։ Մեր տնտեսությունը պետք է դարձնել հայկականացված և ստերիլ պահել այն»,- ասաց Արմեն Ճուղուրյանը։
