«Եթե հանկարծ Հայաստանը հրաժարվում է Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի և պետական աջակցության կամ դրա ճանաչումից , ապա շատ հնարավոր է , որ Հայաստանը հետագայում կդասվի որպես ագրեսոր երկիր իր բոլոր հետևանքներով։ Մենք դեռևս հույս ունենք, որ մեր հասարակությունը կհասկանա օրհասական վտանգը և ինչ-որ պահի այս հարցն իր լուծումը կստանա»,- այսօրվա կայացած «Արարատյան Ալյանս» նորաստեղծ ինստիտուտի համաժողովի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը։
Նախկին նախարարի կարծիքով որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում կամ որոշակի պայմաններում բարձր տնտեսական ցուցանիշներ գրանցած տնտեսության օրինակները բազմաթիվ են, բայց նրանք բոլորը յուրահատուկ են։
« Պետք է ձևավորել այն ազգային գաղափարական առանցքը, որի շուրջ հնարավոր կլինի Սփյուռքի հետ միասին հյուսել հետագա զարգացման շուրջ ճկուն քաղաքական և անվտանգային համակարգ, համաշխարհային գործնական հարուստ փորձի վրա հիմնված ու տնտեսական առաջընթացին մեր ազգային մոդելն ու դրանից ածանցված ոլորտային քաղաքականությունը։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ վերջինս է այն ելակետը կամ մեկնակետը, որից սկսելը հնարավոր կդարձնի հասկանալու և պատասխանելու որոշ հարցերի։ Ժամանակակից աշխարհում տնտեսական արդյունքի մեջ մարդկային մտավոր կարողությունների արգասիքի չափաբաժնի առաջանցիկ և կայուն աճը վերացնում է ազգային տնտեսությունների զարգացման բոլոր ֆիզիկական սահմանափակումները։ Հետևաբար առանձին վերցրած մեկ երկրի տնտեսական զարգացումը ֆիզիկական սահմանափակումներ չունի, ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես ֆիզիկական սահմանափակումներ չունի մարդու մտավոր կարողությունը»,- հավելեց Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, մեկնարկեց «Արարատյան Ալյանս» մտքի կենտրոնի համաժողով-քննարկումները, որոնք միտված են Հայաստանի և Արցախի զարգացման ազգային օրակարգի ձևավորմանը։
