Հայաստանը պատրաստ չէր մտնել ռեգիոնալ պատերազմի մեջ․ Հրաչյա Արզումանյան

Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, մեկնարկեց «Արարատյան Ալյանս» մտքի կենտրոնի համաժողով-քննարկումները, որոնք միտված են Հայաստանի և Արցախի զարգացման ազգային օրակարգի ձևավորմանը։
«Հոկտեմբեր ամսվա 3-9 մենք եղանք Արցախում և ունեցանք Արցախին նվիրված համաժողով Արցախի պետհամալսարանում, ԱԺ նախագահի հետ, ով ներկայացրեց Արցախի հանրապետության դիրքորոշումը։ Հանդիպեցինք Արցախի պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանի, ինչպես նաև Արցախի նախագահի և ԱԺ բոլոր խմբակցությունների հետ։ Այդ ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունն այսօրվա դրությամբ մեզ համար շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, որպես փորձագետներ առաջին հերթին , որ անկողմնակալ մեր հայրենիքի երկու հատվածների համար՝ Արցախի և Հայաստանի համար ի վիճակի լինենք խորքային վերլուծություն կատարենք, ինչը կարծում եմ որոշում կայացնողների համար կարող է պահանջված լինել»,- այս մասին այսօրվա քննարման բացմանն ասաց տնտեսագետ պրոֆեսոր Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը։ Նա հիշեցրեց, որ «Արարատյան Ալյանս» ինստիտուտը հիմնադրվել է մեկ տարի առաջ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան, ՌՀՄ նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանի կողմից։
«Մենք պատրաստ էինք մտնել լոկալ պատերազմի մեջ մտնել Ադրբեջանի հետ, բայց Հայաստանը պատրաստ չէր մտներ ռեգիոնալ պատերազմի մեջ։ Ես էլ էի մտածում, որ Հայաստանը պետք է 25 տարվա ընթացքում պետք է գտնի ուժեղ համախոհ և ուժեղ դաշնակիցներ և պետք է նրանց հետ հիմնի իր սեփական անվտանգային համակարգը։ Եվ ինձ համար հարց էր առաջանում, եթե Հայաստանը մնում է մենակ և իրական դաշնակից չունի, արդյոք այդ փոքր պետությունը ստիպված է դիմակայել ռազմական և անվտանգային այս աշխարհաքաղաքային ուժային կենտրոններին։ Հայաստանը բավականին հեշտ 2020 թվականին կջարդեր և կոռուպցիային, և բանակով , բայց արդյոք Հայաստանը կարող էր դիմակայել Թուրքիային»,- այս մասին այսօրվա քննարկմանն ասաց Ազգային անվտանգության և ռազմական հարցերով փորձագետ, քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Հրաչյա Արզումանյանը։
Բանախոսը նշեց, երբ կարողանում ես անվտանգային խնդիրներին միացնես ողջ ժողովուրդին խնդիրը դառնում է լուծելի։ «Պատերազմը 21-րդ դարում դարձել է ընդհանուր և ողջ ազգն է մտնում այդ աշխատանքների մեջ և դու ստիպված ես խոսել համապարփակ անվտանգության պաշտպանության համակարգի մասին»,- հավելեց Արզումանյանը։
