ՀԱՊԿ Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության միջպետական հանձնաժողովը պատրաստել է ռազմական տեխնիկայի ստանդարտացման համաձայնագրի նախագիծ, չորեքշաբթի ասել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Վալերի Սեմերիկովը՝ հանձնաժողովի նիստից հետո, որին մասնակցել են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները։

«Համաձայնագրի նախագիծը, որը մենք համաձայնեցրել ենք ըստ սպառազինությունների եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի ստանդարտացման... Բարդ փաստաթուղթ է, միջազգային պայմանագիրը ենթակա է վավերացման, ուստի մենք շատ ուշադիր աշխատել ենք դրա վրա: Այսօր մեզ հաջողվեց վերջնականապես համաձայնեցնել այն, մենք այն կներկայացնենք մեր պետությունների ղեկավարների քննարկմանը, նրանց հաստատմանը եւ ստորագրմանը»,- ասել է Սեմերիկովը, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»։

Նա պարզաբանել է, որ երբ ՀԱՊԿ երկրները վերլուծել են սպառազինության եւ տեխնիկայի ստանդարտացման, արտադրության, վերանորոգման, արդիականացման, շահագործման հետ կապված իրավիճակը, պարզվել է, որ տարբեր պետություններում ընդունել են «ընդհանուր առմամբ նույնատիպ (ստանդարտներ), սակայն կան որոշակի տարբերություններ ստանդարտների, մոտեցումների մեջ»։ «Ինչ-որ տեղ սա կազմակերպված է տեխնիկական բնութագրերի հիման վրա, ինչ-որ տեղ ստանդարտների հիման վրա, ուստի մենք ուսումնասիրեցինք այս իրավիճակը բոլոր պետություններում եւ եկանք ընդհանուր հայտարարի: Սպառազինության եւ տեխնիկայի հարցերում մենք կառաջնորդվենք ընդհանուր մոտեցումներով։ Որեւէ օբյեկտի՝ ավիացիայի, զրահատեխնիկայի, կապի բոլոր ցիկլերին»,- պարզաբանել է նա։
