Եվրամիությունը հաստատեց Հայաստան ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելություն ուղարկելու մասին որոշումը։ Երևույթն ինքնին աննախադեպ է և չնայած Ադրբեջանի կողմից նման հնարավորության մերժումը իր տարածքում, այդուհանդերձ, առաջին անգամ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին կլինի միջազգային ծանրակշիռ ներկայություն։ Որքանո՞վ արդյունավետ կլինի ԵՄ դիտորդական խմբի տեղակայումը և ի՞նչ սպասել այդ նախաձեռնությունից։
«Դիտորդական առաքելությունն ինքնին դրական գործընթաց է և դրանք տարբեր ժամանակներում և տարածաշրջաններում կարող են նպաստել խաղաղության հաստատմանը»,-նշեց «Հայ ազգային ճակատի» հիմնադիր, ռազմական գործիչ Գևորգ Գևորգյանը։
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրուցակցի խոսքով, առաքելության արդյունավետության մասին խոսելիս պետք է հաշվի առնել մեկ կարևոր հանգամանք․ Եվրոպան այսօր լրջագույն հակասություններ և խնդիրներ ունեի Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակցի՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ, իսկ ռուսական ներկայությունը մեր երկրում ու տարածաշրջանում շատ ազդեցիկ է։
«Հիշենք, թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ․ Եվրամիությունն ու եվրոպական գործիչները սահմանափակվեցին դեկլարատիվ հայտարարություններով։ Ի՞նչ արեց Եվրամիությունը, երբ 2020 թ․ ադրբեջանցիների և թուրքերի կողմից հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ իրագործվեց 21-րդ դարի նոր «ցեղասպանությունը»։ Ոչինչ չարե՛ց»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵՄ առաքելության՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղակայմանը, Գևորգյանը մտավախություն հայտնեց, որ Եվրոպան մեծ հաշվով հետաքրքրություններ չունի Հայաստանում և էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում ավելի շատ նրա շահերը կարող են համընկնել Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ իբրև ռուսական գազի այլընտրանքային երկրի։
«Մեծ հաշվով էական սպասելիքներ չպետք է ունենալ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին եվրոպական դիտորդական խմբի ներկայությունից, որովհետև, ինչպես նշեցի, ինչպես ցույց տվեց 44-օրյա պատերազմը, Եվրոպան ոչ մի գործուն քայլ չի արել հայերի դեմ կատարվածը դատապարտելու ուղղությամբ։ Բացի այդ, թե՛ Արևմուտքը, թե՛ Եվրոպան, ըստ էության, կողմ են Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի կազմում լինելուն, հետևապես նրանց ներկայացուցիչների գործունեությունը ոչ մի հավատ չի ներշնչում»,-շեշտեց ռազմական գործիչը։
