«Բաց հրավեր մեր թշնամիներին. էժան գնով Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն գնել և ժամանակի ընթացքում օրինական ճանապարհով ստեղծել ընտրողների հոծ բանակ, որն ընդունակ է լինելու ազդել Հայասատանում իշխանության ձևավորման վրա»։

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է այսպես գնահատել Հայաստանի կառավարության հերթական նախաձեռնությունը։ Գործադիրը հանրային քննարկման է դրել որոշման նախագիծ, որում նախատեսում են ընդամենը 150 հազար դոլարի դիմաց ՀՀ քաղաքացիաություն տրամադրել ցանկացած անձի՝ առանց նրա ազգային պատկանելիության հետ կապված սահմանափակման։

-Չեմ զարմանա, եթե այս իշխանությունը թշնամական երկրների քաղաքացիներին նույնիսկ զեղչեր տրամադրի, այդ գործընթացը արագացնելու համար,- փաստում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Նրա խոսքով այս աբսուրդային նախագիծն արդեն դրված է հանրային քննարկման Արդարադատության նախարարության կայքում։ Կոչ անելով հանրությանը՝ չափսոսալ իր ժամանակը և վճռական ոչ ասել այս նախագծին, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը միաժամանակ պահանջում է կառավարությունից հստակ սահմանափակում դնել բոլոր այն երկրների քաղաքացիների համար, որոնք թշնամական գործողություններ են ձեռնարկում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ։ Թերևս այս ողջամիտ կոչն էլ կդառնա «ձայն բարբառո հանապատի»։

Իշխանությունները սեփական դավադիր քաղաքականությունը առաջ մղելու համար չեն կանգնում ոչնչի առջև և պատրաստ են Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն տրամադրել Հայաստանի թշնամական երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին, որպեսզի հետագայում կարողանան նրանց օգնությամբ պահպանել իրենց իշխանությունը։ Ըստ երևույթին, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների վրա այլևս հույս չունեն։
