Ի՞նչ հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանն Արցախին կապող միջանցքում ադրբեջանական հսկողության սահմանումը. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանի դեմ տեղի ունեցած սեպտեմբերյան հարձակումից հետո, Ադրբեջանը որպես նախապայման կրկին ակտիվացրել է, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» թեման։

Ընդ որում՝ նաև Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի շուրթերով հայտարարում, թե «Լաչինի և Զանգեզուրի միջանցքները պետք է ունենան նույն կարգավիճակը»։

Ավելի վաղ սրա մասին հայտարարում էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը, բայց այս փուլում այն, կարծես, առավել սուր է դրված։

Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում։ Խնդիրը հետևյալն է, Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան սպառնում են ադրբեջանական անցակետ և հսկողություն սահմանել Հայաստանն Արցախին կապող «Լաչինի միջանցքում»։
Ճիշտ է՝ այն 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն, գտնվում է ռուս խաղաղապահների հսկողության ներքո և չի նախատեսում ադրբեջանական անցակետերի տեղակայում, սակայն հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ հայտարարությունն Ադրբեջանն ըստ սեփական պատկերացումների է կիրառում, ապա այս դեպքում խնդիրն ավելի է բարդանում։

Ի՞նչ հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանն Արցախին կապող միջանցքում ադրբեջանական անցակետ/հսկողության սահմանումը։

Անցակետի հնարավոր տեղակայումը միանշանակ կբերի Արցախի հայաթափմանը, որովհետև շատերի համար՝ Արցախում և Հայաստանում, այդ հատվածով անցնելը լուրջ անվտանգային սպառնալիք կդառնա։
Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ այդ ճանապարհի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական հսկողությունը կբերի ցանկացած իրավիճակում ճանապարհի փակման վտանգ։

Կարծում եմ՝ Ադրբեջանը ՀՀ իշխանությանը ոչ թե ընտրության առաջ է կանգնեցրել՝ ՀՀ-ի տարածքով միջանցքի գոյության վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն կամ ՀՀ-ն Արցախի հետ կապող ճանապարհին անցակետի տեղակայում, այլ իրականում առաջնորդվում է և՛ և՛ սկզբունքով՝ ուղղակի ժամանակի հարց է։
Ո՞վ լիներ, որ չօգտվեր ՀՀ-ում հաստատված ռեժիմի գոյությունից և չփորձեր ստանալ առավելագույնը։
