Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն, ելույթ ունենալով Ստամբուլում Թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպության  անդամ երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպմանը հաջորդած մամուլի ասուլիսում, մեկնաբանել է Հարավային Կովկասում տիրող իրավիճակը և Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը:

Նա Երևանին կոչ է արել զերծ մնալ «սադրանքներից» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) և «կատարել իր պարտավորությունները» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am)։

«Սա առաջին հերթին բխում է հենց Երևանի շահերից։ Սա կարևոր է բոլոր երկրների համար»,- ընդգծել է Չավուշօղլուն՝ նշելով, որ Անկարայի դիրքորոշումը Երևանի հետ երկխոսության հարցում չափազանց հստակ է։ Միաժամանակ Թուրքիան Հայաստանի հարցում իր դիրքորոշումը համաձայնեցնում է «եղբայրական Ադրբեջանի» հետ։

Չավուշօղլուի խոսքով՝ Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև երկխոսության ցանկացած դրական զարգացում դրական է ազդում Հայաստանի հետ Թուրքիայի բանակցությունների վրա։

Թուրք նախարարը նաև ասել է, որ Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչները իրենք կորոշեն նոր հանդիպման օրը։

«Ինչպես արդեն ասել եմ, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել, որ այսուհետ այդ հանդիպումները կանցկացվեն կա՛մ Թուրքիայի, կա՛մ Հայաստանի տարածքում»,- ընդգծել է թուրքական դիվանագիտության ղեկավարը։

Չավուշօղլուն նաև ասել է, որ պատրաստ է հանդիպել իր հայ գործընկեր Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ, սակայն կոնկրետ ժամկետ դեռ չկա։

«Մենք միշտ պատրաստ ենք նման հանդիպման, նման հանդիպում եղել է Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումի ժամանակ, մեզ համար խնդիրներ չկան, բայց այս պահին կոնկրետ ժամկետ չկա»,- ասել է Չավուշօղլուն Ստամբուլում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում։


2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Հայաստանն ու Թուրքիան նշանակել են իրենց հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներին երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման բանակցություններում։ Հայկական կողմից դա խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն էր, Անկարան ներկայացնում է ԱՄՆ-ում նախկին դեսպան Սերդար Քըլըչը։ Դիվանագետներն արդեն անցկացրել են բանակցությունների չորս փուլ, առաջին հանդիպումը կայացել է Մոսկվայում, մյուս երեքը՝ Վիեննայում։

Հուլիսի 11-ին կայացել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի առաջին հեռախոսազրույցը, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին՝ Պրահայում Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի հանդիպման շրջանակում, նրանց առաջին հանդիպումը։
