Շուրջ 400 դիտորդներ սկզբնական փուլում կլինեն  Հայաստանի տարածքում ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելության կազմում։  Այս մասին Բրյուսելում լրագրողներին հայտնել է ԵՄ բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը։ 

Երկուշաբթի օրը Լյուքսեմբուրգում ծրագրված հանդիպում կանցկացնեն ԵՄ 27 երկրների արտգործնախարարները, որի օրակարգի առանցքում կլինի Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը։ Բացի այդ, ակնկալվում է, որ նախարարները կհաստատեն քաղաքացիական առաքելություն՝ օգնելու լուծել ադրբեջանա-հայկական սահմանին առկա խնդիրները: Սպասվում է, որ առաքելությունը կհաստատվի այսօր։
Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ դեռ մանրամասներ չկան։

«Կարող եմ միայն ասել, որ առաջին փուլում կտեղակայվի մոտ 400 դիտորդ», - ասաց նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ խնդրից ելնելով, առաջին դիտորդները երկու երկրների սահման կուղարկվեն Վրաստանում ԵՄ առաքելությունից։

«Մենք անձնակազմը վերցնում ենք Վրաստանում մեր առաքելությունից՝ հիմնախնդրի հրատապության պատճառով»,- բացատրեց համայնքի ներկայացուցիչը։

Հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Պրահայում իր նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի առաջնորդներ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո Եվրոպական խորհուրդը հայտարարեց, որ ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը կսկսվի հոկտեմբերին և կտևի երկու ամիս:

Մինչ այս հանդիպումը, վերջին անգամ Ալիևն ու Փաշինյանը բանակցություններ էին վարել օգոստոսի 31-ին Բրյուսելում՝ Միշելի նախաձեռնությամբ։ Այս հանդիպումից երկու շաբաթ անց ադրբեջանական զինուժը լայնածավալ գրոհ է ձեռնարկել Սյունիքի, Վայոց Ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։ Ինտենսիվ հրետակոծության են ենթարկվել ոչ միայն ռազմական օբյեկտները, այլ նաև բնակավայրերն ու քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները անմիջապես ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի տարածքում։

Սեպտեմբերի 14-ի երեկոյան պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հրադադարի մասին։ Ագրեսիայի զոհ են դարձել 197 հայ զինվոր և չորս խաղաղ բնակիչ։ Բացի այդ, սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Ադրբեջանը ականանետերից և հրետանային զինատեսակներից արձակել է հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով զոհվել է երեք զինծառայող։
