«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ ՀՀ որոշ համայնքներում տեղի ունեցավ նորընտիր ավագանու առաջին նիստը։ «Փաստ» թերթին տեղեկություններ էին հասել, որ այն համայնքներում, որտեղ իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության թեկնածուները պարտություն էին կրել, կամ առավելագույն քվեներ ստացած ուժը կոալիցիա կազմելու խնդիր ուներ, մինչև նիստն ընկած ժամանակահատվածը լուրջ գործընթացներ են տեղի ունեցել։ Մասնավորաբար, մեր մարզային աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ հատկապես վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչները տեղերում փորձել են հնարավոր բոլոր տարբերակներով «դուրս գալ» հաղթած ուժի ավագանու ցուցակում ընդգրկված մարդկանց վրա։

Ըստ տեղեկությունների, նրանք փորձել են մարդկանց ահաբեկել, շանտաժի ենթարկել ու սպառնալ՝ ստիպելով գաղտնի քվեարկությանը ձայն տալ իշխող թեկնածուի օգտին կամ առնվազն չքվեարկել պոտենցիալ հաղթողի համար։ Իրավիճակը առանձնապես լարված էր հատկապես Սիսիանում և Ալավերդիում։ Սիսիանում իշխանությանը հաջողվեց երկրորդ փուլով երկու ձայնի առավելությամբ իրենց թեկնածուին ընտրել քաղաքապետ, Ալավերդիում լրիվ այլ պատկեր էր, որտեղ նախօրեին իշխանությունը աննախադեպ մեծ թվով ոստիկանական ուժեր էր կենտրոնացրել՝ մարդկանց վրա արհեստական ճնշում գործադրելու նպատակով։

Թերթի աղբյուրը փոխանցում է նաև, որ որևէ այլ տարբերակ չունենալով, ավագանու անդամներից մի քանիսին նույնիսկ ծանուցում են ուղարկել՝ եռամսյա զորավարժություններին մասնակցելու համար։ Իշխանությունները մտադրություն են ունեցել ամեն գնով տապալել ավագանու անդրանիկ նիստը՝ հետագայում որևէ իրավական սողանցքով իրավիճակը դեպի իրենց կողմ թեքելու մտադրությամբ։

Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին մինչև ուշ գիշեր քպականները հավաքված են եղել իրենց շտաբում և քննարկումների մեջ են եղել: Հասկանալով, որ նույնիսկ տեռորով հաջողության չեն հասնում, որոշել են բոյկոտել և չեն մասնակցել անդրանիկ նիստին։
