Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը տվեց նախընտրական շոուների մեկնարկը

Երեկ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ավետիսով էր հանդես եկել` հայտարարելով, որ մեկ օրում Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում միանգամից 6 ապօրինի շինություն է քանդվել՝ Սաֆարյան փ. 10/2, Գալշոյան փ. 8/1, Վիլնյուսի փ. 64/3, Դ. Մալյան փ. հ. 5 հասցեների հարակից տարածքներում, ինչպես նաև ինքնակամ Թ. Կրպեյանի անվան այգու վերջնամասում: Բոլոր շինությունները կառուցված են եղել համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողատարածքներում: Ավելի վաղ քաղաքացիները զգուշացվել և տուգանվել են վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով: Քաղաքացիներին հորդորել են նաև սեփական ուժերով ապամոնտաժել կառույցները:
Երևանում այսօր փաստացի մեկնարկել է քաղաքապետի ընտրության նախընտրական շոուն, որի գլխավոր հերոսը Հրաչյա Սարգսյանն է: Ընդհանրապես, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը բավական հետաքրքիր պատկերացում ունի ապօրինի շինությունների դեմ մղվող սկզբունքային պայքարի մասին: Բանն այն է, որ այդ սկզբունքայնությունը, չգիտես ինչու, տարածվում է միայն շարքային քաղաքացիների շենք-շինությունների վրա, իսկ ահա օլիգարխների, նախկին պաշտոնյաների օբյեկտները Սարգսյանը չի նկատում:
Դիցուք՝ տեղում են Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի անվան հետ կապվող սրճարանները, որոնք ապամոնտաժելու խոստումը դեռ Հայկ Մարությանն էր տալիս: Իհարկե, խոստումը այդպես էլ մնաց խոստում: Տեղում են Հրազդանի կիրճում գտնվող բազմաթիվ նախկին պաշտոնյաների օբյեկտները, մինչդեռ տարիներ շարունակ մամուլը գրում էր, որ դրանց մի մասը ապօրինի է կառուցված: Օրինակ՝ «Մոնտե-Քրիստո» ռեստորանային համալիրի տերը քաղաքապետարանի առեւտրի եւ սպասարկման վարչության երկար տարիների պետ Լեւոն Հարությունյանն է: Աչքի ընկնող եւ այցելուներով հարուստ օբյեկտներից է նաեւ «Գեղամա» ռեստորանային համալիրը: Այստեղ են այցելում գրեթե բոլոր բարձրաստիճան զինվորականները: Բացի ռեստորանից, համալիրը նաեւ գարեջրատուն ունի: Պտտվող լուրերի համաձայն` այն պատկանում է Ռազմական ոստիկանության պետի նախկին տեղակալ Ռազմիկ Խանզրադյանին:
Ինչպես հասկանում ենք՝ այս անգամ էլ մեկնարկած նախընտրական շոուի շրջանակներում ապամոնտաժման են ենթարկվել ոչ թե վերը նշված օլիգարխների, այլ շարքային քաղաքացիների շենք-շինությունները: Սա այն ամենն է, ինչ պետք է իմանալ՝ նախընտրական շրջանը էքշնով բացած քաղաքապետի սկզբունքայնության և «դուխի» մասին:
