ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության սահմանադրական կարգի պահպանության և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի դեպարտամենտի և Շիրակի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները, համագործակցելով ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ծառայողների հետ, համալիր գաղտնի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ Բ. Պ.-ն, տեղեկանալով, որ համաքաղաքացի Խ. Գ.-ի ազգականը 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացված ռազմական գործողությունների արդյունքում անհետ կորել է, նրանից խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափերով գումար հափշտակելու և կաշառք տալուն դրդելու դիտավորությամբ, վերջինիս ներկայանալով որպես ԱԱԾ աշխատակից՝ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձին՝ ԱԱԾ գեներալին, կաշառք տալու դիմաց նշված զինծառայողին իբր գերությունից ազատելու և ՀՀ վերադարձնելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու համար պահանջել է 5.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար: այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության մամուլի ծառայությունից։
2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների հսկողության ներքո Խ. Գ-ն պայմանավորված 5.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարից 1.200.000 ՀՀ դրամը Գյումրի քաղաքում փոխանցել է Բ. Պ-ին, որից անմիջապես հետո վերջինս բռնվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, որի ընթացքում «Կաշառք տալու նմանակում» գաղտնի քննչական գործողության շրջանակներում Բ.Պ-ի մոտից հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է նշված 1.200.000 ՀՀ դրամը:
