Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հետ կատարվածը հերքում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ստերը

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն օրերս մասնակցել է Քննչական կոմիեի ծառայողին նվիրված հանդիսավոր նիստին։ Այդպիսի նիստերը Փաշինյանը սովորաբար օգտագործում է իր անհեթեթությունները տիրաժավորելու, ստերի հերթական չափաբաժինը տարածելու համար։
Քննիչների օրվան նվիրված միջոցառմանը, Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է.«Մտածում եմ, որ Հայաստանում, ներողություն այդ բառի արտահայտության համար, «գործ սարքելու» ինսիտուտը կամ վերացել է, կամ վերացման եզրին է, կամ մենք գնում ենք այդ ճանապարհով, կամ շատ մեծ առաջընթաց են արձանագրել այդ ճանապարհին, որպեսզի այդ ինստիտուտն ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գոյություն չունենա»։
Հենց միայն մեկ դեպքով՝ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեպքով, հերքվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բոլոր այս խոսքերը։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին, հիշեցնենք, այժմ էլ դատում են ընդամենը մեկ մարդու՝ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսխորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալեյանի ցուցմունքի հիման վրա։ Ընդ որում, գործն այնքան վատ է սարքվել, որ նույնիսկ դատախազությունն ու դատարանները չեն կարողանում հստակ բացատրել, թե ինչ են իրենք ուզում հասարակական, քաղաքական գործչից, փոխարենը, «գործ սարքող» Ալիյանի համար նոր և յուղոտ պաշտոն են գտել Ագրարային համալսարանում, նշանակել օրենքի խախտմամբ։
Ընդհանրապես, «գործ սարքելու» ինսիտուտը թե՛ խորհրդային ժամանակներում, թե՛ դրանից հետո բավական տարածված է եղել։ Փաշինյանը 2018 թվականին իշխանության գալուց հետո, հայտարարում էր, թե օրենքի գերակայության երկիր է սեղծելու, փոխարենը ստեղծել է մի երկիր, որտեղ իր ընդդիմախոսներին հետապնդում է բացարձակապես մեկ հոգու կեղծ ցուցմունքի հիման վրա։ Եվ այսօր, հայարարելով, թե Հայասանում «գործ սարքելու» ինսիտուտի վերացման մասին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առաջին հերթին ոչ թե վիրավորում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կամ նրա կողմնակիցներին՝ այս իշխանության կողմից հետապնդումների ենթարկված անձանց, այլ իր իսկ ընրողներին, որը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին 2018-ին ձայն էր տվել, ապա և 2021 թվականի արտահերթ ընտրություններով նոր քվե էր տվել՝ հուսալով, որ ինչ որ բան կփոխվի դեպի լավը։
Ընդհակառակը, փոխվում և կատարելագործվում է միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ստերի շարքը։ Իսկ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ինչպես պայքարում էր հանրության և ժողովրդի իրավունքների համար, այնպես էլ կշարունակի պայքարել։
