Ակնկալվում է, որ այսօր Եվրամիության անդամ երկրների դեսպանները Բրյուսելում կքննարկեն ու որոշում կկայացնեն Հայաստան ուղարկվելիք քաղաքացիական առաքելության վերաբերյալ, որը պետք է տեղակայվի Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին՝ վստահությունն ամրապնդելու և դելիմիտացիային նպաստելու համար։ Այդ մասին երեկ Եվրախորհրդարանի պաշտպանության հարցերով հանձնաժողովում հայտարարեց Հարավային Կովկասում Եվրամիության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը:

«Առաքելություն ուղարկելու մասին որոշումը դեռ պետք է ընդունվի անդամ երկրների կողմից Քաղաքական ու անվտանգության հանձնաժողովում։ Միության անդամ երկրների, ինչպես նաև Եվրախորհրդարանի լիակատար աջակցությունը ծայրաստիճան կարևոր են Եվրամիության խաղաղասիրական ջանքերն իրագործելու համար», — ասաց նա։

Հայաստան քաղաքացիական առաքելություն ուղարկելու մասին պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել անցած շաբաթ Պրահայում՝ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Ֆրանսիայի ու Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավարների՝ ժամեր շարունակված բանակցությունների արդյունքում։ Ըստ քառակողմ հայտարարության, Հայաստանը համաձայնել է Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական առաքելություն տեղակայել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանի երկայնքով: Բաքուն, որ մինչ այդ մերժել էր տեղում եվրոպական զինված ուժեր տեղակայելու առաջարկը, անզեն առաքելության դեպքում խոստացել էր համագործակցել «այնքանով, որքանով որ առնչություն կունենա»: Հաղորդվել է, որ անզեն առաքելությունը պետք է աշխատանքները սկսի առաջիկա շաբաթներին՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով՝ կողմերի միջև վստահության և զեկույցներով սահմանային հանձնաժողովներին աջակցելու համար:
