ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկին չի սպառնում միջուկային զենքի կիրառմամբ, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»։

Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ արևմտյան երկրներն ակտիվորեն օգտագործում են այդ հռետորաբանություն՝ փորձելով ներկայացնել, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստ է միջուկային զենքով հարվածներ հասցնել։

«Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների ֆոնին Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու նրանից կախում ունեցող պետություններն ակտիվորեն շրջանառում են միջուկային հռետորաբանությունը։ Նրանք փորձում են այնպես ներկայացնել, իբրև մեր երկիրը պատրաստվում է հարվածել զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքերով։ Եվս մեկ անգամ հարկ է բացատրել, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկին չի սպառնում միջուկային զենքի կիրառմամբ», - ասել է Ռյաբկովը։

Նրա խոսքով, միջուկային զենքի կիրառման պայմանները հստակ սահմանված են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական քաղաքականության հիմունքների մասին փաստաթղթում։ Ռուսաստանը կարող է միջուկային զենք օգտագործել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կամ նրա դաշնակիցների տարածքի վրա բալիստիկ հրթիռների արձակման մասին հավաստի տվյալներ ստանալու դեպքում։ Բացի այդ, նման զենք կարող է կիրառվել կրիտիկական կարևորության պետական կամ ռազմական օբյեկտների վրա հակառակորդի ազդեցության դեպքում, որոնց շարքից դուրս գալը կխաթարի միջուկային ուժերի արձագանքը, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ-ի դեմ ագրեսիայի և հասարակ զենքի կիրառման դեպքում, եթե այն վտանգում է պետության գոյությունը։
