Աշխարհն այսօր վերադասավորումների փուլում է, և, ըստ այդմ, Հայաստանի առջև նորանոր մարտահրավերներ են ի հայտ գալիս: Ընդ որում, խոսքը ոչ միայն անվտանգային, այլև տնտեսական մարտահրավերների մասին է, չնայած դրանք, ըստ էության փոխկապակցված են: Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ այսօր, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մի շարք մարտահրավերների առջև ենք կանգնած, որոնց մի մասն ակնհայտ է, մի մասը՝ բարդ կանխատեսելի: «Այո, աշխարհում վերադասավորումներ են տեղի ունենում, և այդ վերադասավորումների ֆոնին շատ դժվար է կանխատեսել, թե կոնկրետ որ ուղղությունից ինչ մարտահրավեր կարող է ծառանալ ՀՀ-ի առջև:

Բայց ակնհայտ է, որ ունենք անվտանգային խնդիր՝ կապված Ադրբեջանի՝ ոչ մի կերպ չզսպվող ու անընդհատ աճող պահանջների հետ: Մեր երկրից որևէ կերպ դրան համարժեք հակադարձում չկա: Այս ֆոնին գումարենք համաշխարհային էներգետիկ, պարենային ճգնաժամերը: Հաշվի առնենք նաև վերջին իրադարձությունները, որոնք ցույց են տալիս, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները գուցե որոշեն արտաքին վեկտորների փոփոխություններ իրականացնել: Այս առումով մի քանի սցենար կարող է լինել: Եթե վեկտորի փոփոխություն է լինում, ու մենք ՌԴ-ի ազդեցության գոտուց դուրս ենք գալիս, շատ լուրջ տնտեսական խնդիրներ կարող ենք ունենալ՝ կապված ՌԴ արտահանումների հետ: Կարող ենք խնդիր ունենալ նաև գազի գնի սակագների հետ:

Չգիտենք նաև՝ Իրանից կարո՞ղ ենք ներկրել, թե ոչ: Սրանք ենթադրություններ են, որոնք կարող են իրականանալ, կարող են և՝ ոչ: Ամենը կախված կլինի այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչպես են վեկտորը փոխում, կամուրջներ այրո՞ւմ են, թե ոչ: Բայց ակնհայտ է՝ կա ռիսկ, որ վերկտորի փոփոխությունը կարող է դեպի ՌԴ արտահանումների իսպառ բացակայության, ինչ-որ արգելանքների հանգեցնել: Խոսքը ՀՀ արտահանումների 1/3-ի մասին է: Սա լուրջ, աղետալի հետևանք կարող է ունենալ տնտեսության վրա»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Ն. Սարգսյանը:
