Կալանավորված Բերդ համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Սամվել Հովսեփյանը դադարեցրել է հացադուլը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նրա պաշտպան Գոռ Սաղոյանը։
Հոկտեմբերի 2–ից հացադուլ հայտարարած Սամվել Հովսեփյանը, հիշեցնենք, որ մեղադրվում է Բերդ համայնքում կայացած տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին քարոզչություն կատարելուն հարկադրելու մեջ։
Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ, Բերդի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարը եւ Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարը, օգտագործելով իրենց տրված իշխանական լիազորությունները, սպառնացել են լուծել Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուրի մանկապարտեզի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը եւ ընտրություններից մեկ ամիս առաջ հարկադրել նրան ընդգրկվել «Զորավոր համայնք» դաշինքում եւ դրա օգտին կատարել քարոզչություն՝ հրաժարվելով իր նախընտրած կուսակցության՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» օգտին նախընտրական քարոզչություն կատարելուց:
Տեսնելով, որ տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը չի տրվում իրենց սպառնալիքներին եւ չի կատարում իրենց պահանջները, աշխատակազմի քարտուղարը, նրա կամքի եւ գիտակցության վրա առավել գործուն միջոցով ազդելու եւ իրենց հանցավոր մտադրությունն իրագործելու համար, Բերդ համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալի ստորագրությամբ, ծանուցագիր էր ուղարկել՝ հիշյալ պայմանագրի գործողությունը դադարեցնելու մասին, սակայն տեղեկանալով, որ վերջինս պատրաստվում է իրենց հանցավոր գործողությունների վերաբերյալ հայտնել իրավապահ մարմիններին, նրա հետ կնքված աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը չէին լուծել:
Սամվել Հովսեփյանը, ինչպես նաեւ Բերդի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարը եւ Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարը սեպտեմբերի 25–ին անցկացված Բերդ համայնքի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում հաղթած «Զորավոր համայնք» դաշինքի ավագանու անդամներ են։ Սամվել Հովսեփյանը, սակայն, ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել։
