Փողի վրա նստած՝ ժողովրդից փող են ուզում

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
15 տարի առաջ, երբ Ալբերտ Բազեյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետն էր և կառավարությունից գումար էր ուզել քաղաքի կարիքների համար, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ով ՀՀ նախագահն էր, նրան ասաց. «Փողի վրա նստած՝ մեզանից փո՞ղ ես ուզում»: Այդ խոսակցությունից մի քանի օր հետո Ալբերտ Բազեյանը հեռացվեց Երևանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնից, և նրա փոխարեն քաղաքապետ նշանակվեց Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը: Եվս երեք տարի հետո Ռոբերտ Նազարյանին եկավ փոխարինելու Երվանդ Զախարյանը: Ի տարբերություն Ալբերտ Բազեյանի, այդ երկուսը լավ գիտեին, որ «փողի վրա նստած են»: Վերջին երկու անունները՝ Ռոբերտ Նազարյան և Երվանդ Զախարյան, մարդիկ են, ովքեր անմիջականորեն կապված են վերջին զարգացումների հետ և ովքեր համոզում էին, որ այլ ելք չկա՝ ժողովուրդը պետք է վճարի իրենց և շատերի թալանածի համար: Նրանց միացավ նաև վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ով երեք «պատճառ» բերեց, թե ինչու պետք է հոսանքը թանկանա: Այսօր ոմանք հիշել են այս իշխանավորներին հարազատ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին և ասում են. «Տղերք, փողի վրա նստած՝ ժողովրդից ինչու՞ եք փող ուզում»: Բոլորով հանգանակեք և այդ մի քանի «կոպեկը» վճարեք մյուսներին: Դա և՛ ավելի արդար կլինի, և՛ ձեր իշխանության համար՝ անվտանգ:
