Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ոչ մի կապ չունի ԼՂՀ-ի հետ․ Արցախի ԱԺ խմբակցություններ

Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել՝ նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ոչ մի կապ չունի ԼՂՀ-ի հետ։
Հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
Նկատի ունենալով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից Դոնեցկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումը և դրան հաջորդած 2022 թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ին վերոհիշյալ երկրամասերի, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժեի մարզերի վերամիավորումը ՌԴ-ին՝ ԱՀ ԱԺ խմբակցությունները արձանագրում են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը 1991թ. իրավական առումով անթերի իրացրել է ինքնորոշման իր իրավունքը՝ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին, ժողովրդավարության սկզբունքներին և այդ ժամանակ գործող ԽՍՀՄ օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան: Միջազգային հանրությունը Ադրբեջանը ճանաչել էր որպես անկախ պետություն ԽՍՀՄ ներքին օրենսդրությամբ որոշված սահմաններում: Ըստ այդ օրենսդրության՝ Ադրբեջանի անկախության ձեռք բերման ժամանակ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը տվյալ երկրի հետ որևէ առնչություն չուներ, այլապես նա չէր ընդգրկվի ՄԱԿ-ի կազմում, ուստի Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ոչ մի կապ չունի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հետ:
Ընդունելով ՄԱԿ կանոնադրության առաջին հոդվածում ամրագրված ժողովուրդների իրավահավասարության և ինքնորոշման սկզբունքը և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի 2010թ. հուլիսի 22-ի վճիռը, ըստ որի միջազգային իրավունքը չի արգելում այնպիսի անկախության հռչակումը, ինչպիսին Կոսովոյում էր, ԱՀ ԱԺ խմբակցությունները կոչ են անում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներին, Ֆրանսիային և ՄԱԿ անդամ մյուս 190 պետություններին ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը, դրանով իսկ ի չիք դարձնելով նրա բնակչության առջև ծառացած գոյաբանական լրջագույն սպառնալիքները:
