Դաղստանի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Մելիքովը հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանի հերոս Ռուստամ Մուրադովը նշանակվել է Արևելյան ռազմական շրջանի հրամանատար։ Գրում է ТАСС լրատվական գործակալությունից:
Նշվում է, որ Արևելյան ռազմական շրջանը մարտական կազմով Ռուսաստանի ամենահզոր ռազմական շրջաններից է։
«Ռուստամ Ուսմանովիչը միշտ եղել է առաջնորդ, ճիշտ որոշումներ կայացնող ստրատեգ, խիզախ մարտիկ, ով առաջինն է հարձակվում: Համոզված եմ, որ սրանք են նրա որակները, ինչպես նաև ռազմական կրթությունն ու մարտական փորձը, որը ձեռք է բերել ամենաթեժ կետերում՝ Չեչնիայում և Սիրիայում: Այս որակները կօգնեն փայլուն կերպով կատարել մարտական առաջադրանքները: Ես հպարտ եմ այս խիզախ մարդու հետ իմ բարեկամությամբ»,-հավելել է Դաղստանի ղեկավարը:
