«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուղղակի քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն է կրում այսօրվա անվտանգային ճգնաժամի համար, և նրա հեռացումն իշխանությունից հանդիսանում է առանցքային գրավական, այդ ճգնաժամը տեսանելի հեռանկարում հաղթահարելու և մեր երկիրը դրանից նվազագույն կորուստներով դուրս բերելու համար»։

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, «Համախմբում» նախաձեռնության մյուս անդամները հայտարարություն են տարածել, նշել, թե Հայաստանի պետականությունը վտանգված է։

«Փաշինյանը, ելույթ ունենալով Ազգային ժողովում, փաստացի հայտարարեց կապիտուլյացիոն համապարփակ համաձայնագիր կնքելու իր մտադրության մասին, որով նա պատրաստ է հրաժարվել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքից և անվերապահ ճանաչել այն որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս, ինչպես նաև զիջել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան իրավունքները»,- նշում են նախաձեռնության անդամները։

Արձանագրելով, որ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն կոպտորեն խեղաթյուրեց Արցախի հարցի և նախորդիվ երեք տասնամյակ ընթացած բանակցային գործընթացի ողջ էությունը, այլև հընթացս հարցականի տակ դրեց ինչպես Արցախի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի գոյության բուն միջազգային իրավական հիմքերը՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ու նրա գործընկերները կոչ են անում Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորներին հրաժարվել հաստատել Փաշինյանի կողմից ստորագրված որևէ միջազգային պայմանագիր։ Պատգամավորներին էլ հորդորում են հրաժարվել վավերացնել Փաշինյանի կողմից ստորագրված որևէ միջազգային պայմանագիր, որը կհակասի մեր պետության այդ անկյունաքարային հիմքերին։

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը իր ընդդիմադիր գործընկերների հետ դիմել է նաև Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբին, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը, Ոստիկանությանը, Դատախազությանը, հասարակական-քաղաքական դաշտում գործող ապազգային ուժերին, իսկ Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր խմբակցություններին՝ այդ թվում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին», հորդորել են սկսել խորհրդակցություններ՝ կառավարության նոր կազմի և նրա հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ։

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք ստանձնել մեր բաժին պատասխանատվությունը ստեղծված ճգնաժամից դուրս բերելու համար», - արձանագրել են Կարին Տոնոյանը, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, Էդգար Ղազարյանը և այլ անձինք։
