ԱՄՀ ղեկավար Քրիստալինա Գեորգիեւան աշխարհի քաղաքական գործիչներին կոչ է արել համաձայնեցված գործողություններ ձեռնարկել՝ վտանգավոր «նոր նորմայից» խուսափելու համար, քանի որ համաշխարհային ռեցեսիայի ռիսկերն աճում են կրկնվող տնտեսական ցնցումների պատճառով, հայտնում է AFP-ն։
Նրա խոսքով՝ շատ կարեւոր է «կայունացնել համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը՝ լուծելով ամենահրատապ խնդիրները», ներառյալ անզուսպ գնաճը: Քաղաքական գործիչները պետք է գործեն միասին, որպեսզի թույլ չտան, որ «այս սրված անկայունության շրջանը վերածվի վտանգավոր «նոր նորմայի»»,- ասել է Գեորգիեւան։
Նա նախազգուշացրել է, որ գործընթացը ցավոտ կլինի, եւ եթե կենտրոնական բանկերը գների ճնշումը թուլացնելու համար չափազանց ագրեսիվ գործեն, դա կարող է «ձգձգվող» տնտեսական անկում առաջացնել:
Ավելի քան 180 երկրների ֆինանսների նախարարները եւ կենտրոնական բանկերի կառավարիչները հաջորդ շաբաթ կհավաքվեն Վաշինգտոնում՝ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի եւ Համաշխարհային բանկի միջեւ առաջին դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպմանը 2019 թվականից՝ մինչեւ Covid-19 համավարակը:
Բախվելով «մռայլ գլոբալ հեռանկարներին… ռեցեսիայի ռիսկերն աճում են»,- ասել է Գեորգիեւան՝ հայտարարելով, որ ԱՄՀ-ն ծրագրում է եւս մեկ անգամ նվազեցնել 2023 թվականի իր համաշխարհային տնտեսական կանխատեսումը:
Ակնկալվում է, որ երկրների մեկ երրորդում կրճատումը տեղի կունենա առնվազն երկու եռամսյակի ընթացքում, եւ «նույնիսկ երբ աճը դրական լինի, այն կզգացվի ինչպես ռեցեսիա», քանի որ գների աճը նվազեցնում է եկամուտները», ասել է նա:
Հուլիսին հիմնադրամը նվազեցրել է այս տարվա աճի կանխատեսումը մինչեւ 3,2 տոկոս, իսկ հաջորդ տարի՝ մինչեւ 2,9 տոկոս, երրորդ անընդմեջ կրճատումը:
Համաշխարհային մատակարարման խափանումներն արդեն խնդիր են դարձել, քանի որ համավարակի դանդաղումից հետո պահանջարկը աճել է՝ խթանելով գնաճն ամբողջ աշխարհում, իսկ լարվածությունը սրվել է ուկրաինական պատերազմից հետո, որը Գեորգիեւան անվանել է «անիմաստ», դա էլ հանգեցրել է պարենի եւ սննդամթերքի գների աճի։
Չնայած ռիսկերին՝ կենտրոնական բանկերը պետք է շարունակեն «վճռականորեն գործել»։
«Բայց դա հեշտ չէ, եւ շուտով առանց ցավի չի լինի»,- նախազգուշացրել է նա: «Բայց բանն այն է, որ պետք է խուսափել ապագայում բոլորի համար շատ ավելի ծանր եւ երկարատեւ ցավից»:
