Հայաստանի համայնքների զարգացմանն ուղղված բարձր արդյունավետություն ունեցող ծրագրերի իրականացման նպատակով Հնդկաստանի կառավարությունը Հայաստանին 478 272 300 մլն դրամի դրամաշնորհային աջակցություն կտրամադրի:
 
Կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում հաստատեց, որ որ նշված գումարը կտրամադրվի գլխավորապես համայնքների սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացմանը, կենսամակարդակի բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրերին, կանանց կարողությունների զարգացմանը, երեխաների բարեկեցության ապահովմանը և համայնքային կյանքի դյուրացմանը, մասնավորապես` բժշկական կրթության, կրթության, հասարակության առանձին թիրախային խմբերում ներառականությունն ապահովող, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության, միկրոոռոգման, վերականգնվող էներգիայի, առևտրի, տրանսպորտի ու հաղորդակցության ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծմանը։
Հնդկաստանի օժանդակությամբ մարդասիրական և տեխնիկական oգնության ծրագրերի շրջանակում Հայաստանում մինչ օրս իրականացվել են բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, Հնդկաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին են տրամադրվել մի շարք մարդասիրական օգնություններ։
 
Հիշեցնենք` դրամաշնորհային պայմանագիրը ստորագրվել էր 2022թ. հուլիսի 4-ին։
Կառավարության այսօրվա որոշմամբ այն դրական եզրակացությամբ ներկայացվում է ՀՀ նախագահի հաստատմանը։
 
Նախագահի հրամանագրից հետո դրամաշնորհի պայմանագիրն ուժի մեջ կմտնի պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից։
