Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ուսուցչի օրվա առիթով։ Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է․

«Սիրելի՛ ուսուցիչներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ և շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Ուսուցչի օրվա առիթով: Այս տարի ձեր մասնագիտական օրը դիմավորում ենք ուսուցչի աշխատանքի նկատմամբ պետական նոր վերաբերմունքի արձանագրված իրողությամբ:

Ուսուցիչների կամավոր ատեստավորման նոր համակարգը, տարակարգի համակարգի բարեփոխումները մի բանի մասին են վկայում միայն, որ կառավարությունը ոչ միայն շնորհավորական ուղերձներով, այլև կոնկրետ գործով է ճանաչում ուսուցչի աշխատանքի անկյունաքարային բնույթը:

Եթե պետությունը ցանկանում է կայանալ, պետք է նախ դպրոցը կայացնի և ուժեղացնի դպրոցի հենասյունը հանդիսացող ուսուցչին, և մենք դա ենք անում: Ինչպես կառավարության վերջին նիստերից մեկում ասացի՝ ուսուցչի աշխատանքը պետք է դառնա ամենաբարձր վճարվողներից՝ առնվազն պետական համակարգում: Եվ ուսուցիչ՝ պիտի նշանակի ոչ միայն բարձր աշխատավարձ ստացող, այլև բարձր որակավորում ունեցող:

Նոր համակարգը տալիս է նման հնարավորություն, բայց սա միայն սկիզբն է: Ուսուցչի աշխատավարձի բարձրացման այս համակարգը, որտեղ ըստ էության որոշումները կայացնում է ինքը՝ ուսուցիչը, պետք է շարունակաբար ու պարբերաբար գործի հնգամյա շրջափուլերով, և երկրորդ շրջափուլից արդեն, ուսուցչի՝ դրույքով ու տարակարգով ապահովված աշխատավարձը պիտի հասնի նախարարական մակարդակի աշխատավարձի:

Եվ սա ձեզ համար չենք անում, սա անում ենք պետության համար, ապագայի համար, որովհետև մեծ հաշվով դուք և ձեր աշխատանքն է որոշում՝ քանի՞ գիտնական դուրս կգա դպրոցից, քանի՞ բժիշկ, քանի՞ հետախույզ, քանի՞ զինվորական, քանի՞ շինարար, քանի՞ արվեստագետ և ինչպիսի հոգևոր ու արժեքային կապով կապված կլինեն նրանք իրենց մասնագիտության և իրենց պետության՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ:

Մենք պիտի առանձնահատուկ հոգ տանենք գյուղական բնակավայրերի մեր ուսուցիչների համար, որպեսզի նրանք հեռու չզգան իրենց:

Հանրակրթության ոլորտում, ըստ էության, մենք ավարտել ենք նախագծման աշխատանքները. կամավոր ատեստավորման, տարակարգերի նոր համակարգի, նախադպրոցական կրթության և հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշիչների, դպրոցների կառուցման, վերակառուցման, հիմնանորոգման, համայնքային կրթահամալիրների ստեղծման մեր ծրագրերը թողարկված են, դպրոցի վերելքի գործընթացը՝ մեկնարկած:

Սիրում եմ բոլորիդ, հպարտանում եմ բոլորովդ և խոնարհվում եմ բոլորիդ առաջ»:
