Դրական եզրակացություն «ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգ Գոլդ» ՍՊԸ-ի՝ Սոթքի ոսկու հանքավայրի շահագործման ՇՄԱԳ հաշվետվությանը

ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել «ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգ Գոլդ» ՍՊԸ-ի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սոթքի ոսկու հանքավայրի բացահանքի և ստորգետնյա հանքի օգտակար հանածոյի արդյունահանման աշխատանքների շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման հաշվետվությանը: 

Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է 5 տարիների ընթացքում հանքավայրը շահագործել բաց եղանակով՝ ներկայիս տարեկան 1.0 միլիոն տոննա արտադրողականությունը հասցնելով 1.75 միլիոնի: Նախատեսվում է արդյունահանել երկու տիպի հանքաքար՝ սուլֆիդային և գաբրո: Բացահանքի շահագործմանը զուգահեռ իրականացվելու են ստորգետնյա շահագործման նախապատարսատական աշխատանքներ: Դրանից հետո արդեն Սոթքի հանքավայրը կշահագործվի ստորգետնյա եղանակով՝ տարեկան 400 հազար տոննա արտադրողականությամբ: Ըստ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության եզրակացության՝ ստորգետնյա շահագործմանն անցումը նվազեցնելու է արտադրողականությունը, նախատեսվում է հանույթին զուգահեռ իրականացնել հետախուզական աշխատանքներ: Ստորգետնյա շահագործումը կիրականացվի երկու առանձին տեղամասերում: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է ստորգետնյա եղանակով մշակել 5,54 գ/տ ոսկու պարունակությամբ 6031,5 հազար տոննա հանքաքարի հաստատված պաշարներ: Ստորգետնյա մեթոդով արդյունահանվող ապրանքային հանքաքարի քանակը կազմում է 6524,9 հազար տոննա՝ ոսկու 4,36 գ/տ պարունակությամբ: Ստորգետնյա հանքի ծառայության ժամկետը կազմում է 19 տարի: 

Ըստ եզրակացության՝ հանքավայրի ընդլայնումից և վերազինումից հետո բացահանքի արտանետումներից տնտեսությանը հասցված վնասները տարեկան կկազմեն 2.45 մլն դրամ, ստորգետնյա շահագործման ժամանակ՝ 0.43 մլն դրամ: Ներկայում կազմում են՝ տարեկան 130.4 մլն դրամ: Վնասներ կկրեն նաև հողային ռեսուրսները: Այսպես՝ նախագծի իրականացման դեպքում հողային ռեսուրսներին հասցվող վնասը բացահանքի համար գնահատվել է տարեկան 299.95 մլն դրամ, իսկ ստորգետնյա հանքի համար՝ 1.6 մլն դրամ: 

«ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգ Գոլդ»-ին ներկայացված փորձաքննական պահանջներում ընկերությանը պարտադրվել է հետևել ՀՀ օրենքներին ու համապատասխան նորմերի իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաև նախագծային նորմատիվներին ու բնապահպանական պահանջներին: Այդ թվում՝ ընկերությանը պարտադրվել է ապահովել ազդակիր բնակչության համար նախատեսված առողջության ապահովման և սոցիալական ծրագրերի իրականացման հատկացումներն ու միջոցառումները:
