Գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում նշում է, որ պատրաստ է ընդունել Արցախի պետնախարարի պաշտոնն ստանձնելու առաջարկը, եթե իրենց կողմից առաջարկվելիք մոտեցումներն ու որոշումները լայն աջակցություն ունենան: Գրառման մեջ ասվում է․
«Արցախի նախագահից պետնախարարի պաշտոնն ստանձնելու առաջարկ եմ ստացել:
Արցախի փրկությունն այսօր իմ կյանքի գլխավոր նպատակն է: Ես տեղափոխվեցի այստեղ, որպեսզի իմ հայրենակիցների հետ ամեն ինչ անեմ հանուն հայկական քաղաքակրթության այս բնօրրանի պահպանման ու զարգացման: Այսօր վտանգված է Արցախի գոյությունը: Մենք հայերս մեր երկրորդ Սարդարապատն ենք ապրում, քանի որ զոհասեղանին, որպես ազգ, մեր ապագան է դրված:
Այս աննախադեպ իրավիճակում բոլորիցս ոչ հեշտ լուծումներ են պահանջվում: Մենք պետք է մոռանանք անձնական վիրավորանքներն ու հավակնությունները և համախմբենք բոլոր առողջ ուժերին ինչպես Արցախում, այնպես էլ ողջ հայկական աշխարհում՝ հստակ գիտակցելով մեր առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների լրջությունը:
Ուշադրությամբ ծանոթացել եմ նախագահի առաջարկին: Պատրաստ կլինեմ դա ընդունել այն դեպքում, եթե մեր կողմից առաջարկվելիք մոտեցումներն ու որոշումները լայն աջակցություն ունենան:
Ես պետք է համոզված լինեմ, որ մարդիկ ընդունում են իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ իմ տեսլականը, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք միասին հաղթահարել բոլոր այն դժվարությունները, որոնք լինելու են մեր նպատակին հասնելու ճանապարհին: Միայն այդ դեպքում իմ նշանակումն իմաստ կունենա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ավելի վաղ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն հայտնել էր, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին առաջարկել է Արցախի պետական նախարարի պաշտոնը։
