Հայ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական հերթական վայրագությունների տեսանյութը մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրեց թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ արտերկրում:

Հատկանշանակ էր արցախյան հարցով զբաղվող հայտնի վերլուծաբան Թոմաս դե Վաալի դիտարկումն իր թվիթերյան էջում (Նկար 1):

Այո՛, այս վայրագությունները հնարավոր դարձան, որովհետև նախորդ վայրագությունները, 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում արձանագրված հումանիտար իրավունքի բազմաթիվ խախտումներն այդպես էլ միջազգային հանրության կողմից պատշաճ ուշադրության և պատժի չարժանացան:

Այս խնդրի կարևորության մասին խոսել եմ 44-օրյա պատերազմի մեկնարկի հենց առաջին օրվանից (Նկար 2):

Ավելին ՝ դրա մասին շարունակել եմ բարձրաձայնել արդեն զորակոչված լինելով բանակ և աշխատելով կուսակցական դիվանագիտության խողովակներով Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան հայ ժողովրդի դեմ դատապարտելու ուղղությամբ: (Նկար 3)

Ասեմ ավելին ՝ իմ կուսակիցների և իմ համեստ ջանքերով ստացվեց Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանի տարեկան 2 տարեկան զեկույցներում, որոնք ընդունվել են 2020-ի դեկտեմբերին, ներառել համապատասխան գնահատականներ միջազգային հանրության կողմից արցախյան վերջին պատերազմում իրականացված ռազմական ոճրագործությունների ուսումնասիրման, բացահայտման և պատժի ուղղությամբ: (Նկարներ 4-7):
Այո՛, դա արել եմ դեռևս լինելով Հայոց բանակի շարքերում և չլինելով զորացրված:

Եթե ես կարողացել եմ Սիսիանից Բրյուսել աշխատել այս ուղղությամբ, ապա ինչու՞մն էր խնդիրը, որ Հայաստանի, այսպես կոչված, իշխանությունները այդպես էլ գործնական քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական վայրագությունները միջազգային մակարդակով պատշաճ ուսումնասիրվեն, իսկ մեղավորները ենթարկվեն պատժի:

Երկու տարվա ընթացքում, 2020-ից առ այսօր Հայաստանը ներկայացնող իշխանությունները ոչ մի գործնական քայլ չեն արել ոչ մի միջազգային հարթակում՝ ԵԱՀԿ, ԵԽ, ՄԱԿ և այլն, որպեսզի հայ ժողովրդի դեմ ոճրագործություն կատարած ադրբեջանցիները պատժվեն, ադրբեջանական պետությունը պատժվի։
Ուստի, այո՛, Թոմաս դե Վաալն իրավացի է, նոր ոճրագործություններ կլինեն այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանն անպատիժ է մնալու նախորդ պատերազմին գործած հակամարդկային արարքների և ռազմական ոճրագործությունների համար:

Ինչպես քանիցս ասել եմ՝ Նիկոլը ներել է Ալիևին և Էրդողանին:
