Հայաստանը փրկելու համար հաշված օրեր, շաբաթներ են մնացել։
«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է դիմել ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերին, որպեսզի կոնկրետ այլընտրանք ներկայացնեն, թե ինչպես կարող են շտկել իրավիճակը, երկրում փոխել իշխանություն, ձևավորեն իրատես, վճռական և վստահելի կառավարություն։
«Միացեք և օգնեք փոխել մեր իրականությունը»,- նշում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
Անդրադառնալով Հնդկաստանի կառավարության կողմից Հայաստանին առաջիկայում մոտ 250 միլիոնի սպառազինություններ մատակարարելու հանգամանքին՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշում է, թե այդ կայաններն արդեն փորձարկված են լեռնային մարտական գործողությունների պայմաններում և իրենց բավական լավ են դրսևորել, նախկինում Հայաստանը Հնդկաստանից գնել է նաև հակահրետանային տեղորոշման սվազի արդիական ռադարային համակարգեր։
Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ Հնդկաստանի հետ գործարքը ոչ միայն կարևոր է հայկական բանակի խիստ տուժած սպառազինությունը համալրելու համար, այլև դիվերսիֆիկացնում է Հայաստան զենքի մատակարարումների աշխարհագրությունը և կարևոր քայլ է՝ ի դեմս Հնդկաստանի, նոր ռազմավարական դաշնակից ձեռք բերելու ուղղությամբ։
Չալաբյանը, ամիսներ շարունակ նշում է Հայաստանի ռազմականացման անհրաժեշտությունը, միայն մինչև ատամները զինված, բավարար չափով սպառազինություն և զենք ունեցող հայկական բանակը կկարողանա զսպել թշնամիների հարձակումները, դրա համար Հայաստանն ունի բավարար չափով գիտական ներուժ, իսկ գումար ճարելն այնքան էլ մեծ դժվարություն չի լինի, եթե ունենանք իսկապես երկիրը սիրող և Հայաստանի քաղաքացու կյանքը գնահատող իշխանություն։
Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ հարկավոր է օր առաջ հեռացնել փաշինյանական վարչախմբին և սկսել իսկական ռազմականացման քաղաքականություն, այլապես հետագայում հետևանքներն անդառնալի կլինեն։
Իհարկե, ցավալի կլինի, եթե Ավետիք Չալաբյանի և մյուս հայրենասեր գործիչների կոչերը մնան որպես միայն «ձայն բարբառո հանապատի»։
Ի վերջո Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներն իրենք պետք է գիտակցեն, թե որն է իրենց իրական կարիքն ու անհրաժեշտությունը, ի՞նչ է հարկավոր անել, որպեսզի Հայաստանը կարողանա ոտքի կանգնել և լրջորեն դիմագրավել բոլոր սպառնալիքներին, իսկ այս սպառնալիքների մեջ ամենավատթարներից մեկը՝ ապիկար և դավաճան իշխանություն ունենալն է։
