Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն արձագանքել է այսօր «Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթում հրապարակված՝ Ադրբեջանի պահանջների մասին նյութին։
Առաջին նախագահի արձագանքում, որը հրապարակել է iLur.am-ը, ասված է. «Արձագանքը վերաբերում է ՀՀ վարչապետի անձնական/ընտանեկան լրատվամիջոցի այսօրվա հրապարակմանը, որն, ըստ էության, մերժողական պատասխան է ընդդիմության և իշխանության միջև երկխոսություն սկսելու առաջարկին:
Նախագահը գնահատում է այդ հրապարակումը՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների ակնկալվող կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի պահանջների բացահայտման համար: Դա, ըստ էության, ոչ այլ ինչ է, եթե ոչ հայ-ադրբեջանական հաշտության պայմանագրի տեքստի ադրբեջանական նախագիծը, որի մանրամասներին, ինչպես նշվել էր ՀՀ Առաջին նախագահի սեպտեմբերի 26-ի հարցազրույցում, մինչ այժմ տիրապետում էին միայն վարչապետը և իշխանության վերին էշելոնի մի նեղ շրջանակ: Նույնպիսի նախագիծ, բնականաբար, պատրաստել է նաև Հայաստանը, որի մանրամասները չեն բացահայտվում, և ճիշտ է, որ չեն բացահայտվում՝ ելնելով քաղաքական խորհրդապահության նկատառումներից:
Հասկանալի է, որ նմանատիպ նախագծեր երկուստեք պատրաստվում են նաև հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների հաշտությանն ուղղված դիվանագիտական շփումների հարթակում: Այս պարագայում, անշուշտ, մեծ անակնկալներ չեն սպասվում: Հայ-թուրքական հաշտության պայմանագիրն, ըստ էության, շատ չի տարբերվելու Դավութօղլուի և Նալբանդյանի միջև 2009թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ին կնքված Ցյուրիխյան արձանագրություններից:
Այսպիսով, պետք է արձանագրել, որ իշխանությունների և ընդդիմության միջև Վեհափառ հայրապետի նախաձեռնած հարթակի անհրաժեշտությունը կարելի է սպառված համարել, ինչը, սակայն, ամենևին չի նսեմացնում Վեհափառի համառ ջանքերը, որոնք, սույն արձագանքի առիթը հանդիսացող հրապարակման փաստով, արդեն իսկ տվեցին իրենց արդյունքը: Ի դեպ, ՀՀ Առաջին նախագահը հարկ է համարում նաև ընդգծել, որ Վեհափառի նախաձեռնության շնորհիվ տեղի ունեցավ նշանակալից իրադարձություն. 1998 թվականից ի վեր՝ Հայաստանում կայացավ առաջին լուրջ քաղաքական բանավեճը:
