Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցին՝ Ազգային տոնի առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Ձերդ գերազանցություն,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Գերմանիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին Ազգային տոնի առթիվ:

32 տարի առաջ այս օրը շրջադարձային նշանակություն ունեցավ Գերմանիայի համար՝ նոր էջ բացելով նաև համաշխարհային քաղաքականության և միջազգային հարաբերությունների պատմության մեջ: Այս կարևոր իրադարձությամբ սկիզբ դրվեց վերամիավորված Գերմանիայի զարգացմանն ու հզորացմանը և գերմանացի ժողովրդի բարգավաճմանը:

Այսօր Գերմանիան դարձել է զարգացման, ժողովրդավարության և համամարդկային արժեքների պահպանման օրինակելի երկիր` իր ավանդը ներդնելով մարդկության առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման գործում:

Ուրախությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունները դինամիկ զարգանում են քաղաքական, տնտեսական, մշակութային, կրթական, միջխորհրդարանական և ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության ոլորտներում՝ հիմնված ոչ միայն երկկողմ շահերի, այլև մեր ժողովուրդների դավանած ընդհանուր արժեհամակարգի վրա:

Ձերդ գերազանցություն,

Այսօր Հայաստանն անցնում է բարդ, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ երկրի հետագա զարգացման և ժողովրդավարացման համար կարևոր մի ճանապարհ` լի բազմաբնույթ մարտահրավերներով, որոնց հաղթահարման գործում մեծապես կարևորում ենք մեր գործընկերների աջակցությունը: Այդ հարցում Գերմանիան՝ որպես ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների հաստատուն աջակից, մեզ համար հուսալի գործընկեր է:

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ Ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ` մաղթելով նորանոր հաջողություններ»:
