Ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում մեկ այլ բժշկական կենտրոնից՝ «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ է տեղափոխվել 10-ամյա երեխա։ Նա տուժել է ինքնագլորից ընկնելու հետևանքով։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից։

«Երեխան առաջին օրերին գանգատվել է կոշտ սնունդ ուտելու անկարողությունից, ծնոտի ցավերից և ատամնաշարում ատամների բացակայությունից։ Նրա մոտ հայտաբերվել է ծնոտի կոտրվածք և կատարվել է ծնոտի ֆիքսացիոն վիրահատություն։ Սակայն հետվիրահատական շրջանում երեխայի մոտ դիտվել է գիտակցական մակարդակի անկում, ինչի կապակցությամբ նրան տեղափոխել են «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, ախտորոշվել է ԳՈՒԱՇՍԽ իշեմիկ տիպ։

Ստացել է ինտենսիվ կոնսերվատիվ բուժում։ Դինամիկայում դիտվել է վիճակի վատացում, զարգացել է ներգանգային հիպերտենզիոն-դիսլոկացիոն համախտանիշ, ինչի կապակցությամբ կյանքի ցուցումով կատարվել է դեկոմպրեսիոն տրեպանացիա։ Բարեբախտաբար հաջողվել է փրկել երեխայի կյանքը։

Այժմ նա ժպտում է, խոսքը վերականգնման փուլում է, նույնիսկ կատակով դժգոհում է իր վարսերը կտրած, բայց իրեն բուժող բժիշկներից։ Երեխան դուրս է գրվել ինտենսիվ վերականգնողական բուժում ստանալու նպատակով, որից հետո կպլանավորվի գանգի դեֆեկտի պլաստիկայի կատարումը։

Հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում ինգնագլորներից՝ այդ թվում էլեկտրական ինքնագլորներից ընկած և տարբեր վնասվածքներով բուժհաստատություններ դիմած երեխաների քանակը, խորհուրդ է տրվում լինել զգոն ու հետևողական, օգտվել ինքնագլորներից, հեծանիվներից և նման այլ փոխադրամիջոցներից՝ համապատասխան արտահագույստով, պաշտպանիչ սաղավարտներով, ինչպես նաև վարել դրանք նախատեսված վայրերում»։
