Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովը մեղադրել է գեներալ-գնդապետ Ալեքսանդր Լապինին, որ ռուսական զորքերը ստիպված են եղել հեռանալ Կրասնի Լիմանից։ Կադիրովն իր ուղերձը Telegram-ում հրապարակել է գրեթե անմիջապես այն բանից հետո, երբ ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն պաշտոնապես հայտարարեց Կրասնի Լիմանից հեռանալու մասին։
Չեչնիայի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ Ալեքսանդր Լապինը ղեկավարել է ռազմաճակատի Լիման հատվածի պաշտպանությունը։ Ռամզան Կադիրովը պնդում է, որ գեներալ-գնդապետը «Լիմանի ուղղության բոլոր սահմաններում տեղակայել է ԼԺՀ-ի և այլ ստորաբաժանումների մոբիլիզացված մարտիկներ, սակայն նրանց չի տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ հաղորդակցություններ, փոխազդեցություններ և զինամթերքի մատակարարում»։
«Դեռ երկու շաբաթ առաջ «Ախմատ» հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի գեներալ-մայոր, իմ սիրելի եղբայր Ապտի Ալաուդինովն անձամբ ինձ զեկուցեց, որ մեր մարտիկները կարող են հեշտ թիրախ դառնալ։ Իր հերթին ես վտանգի մասին տեղեկացրել եմ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Վալերի Գերասիմովին։ Բայց գեներալն ինձ վստահեցրեց, որ ինքը չի կասկածում Լապինի առաջնորդական տաղանդին և չի հավատում, որ Կրասնի Լիմանում և նրա շրջակայքում հնարավոր է նահանջ»,- գրել է Ռամզան Կադիրովը։
Ըստ Կադիրովի, մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Ալեքսանդր Լապինն իր շտաբը տեղափոխել է Ստարոբիլսկ, իսկ ինքը մեկնել է Լուգանսկ։ «Ինչպե՞ս կարող ես արագ կառավարել ստորաբաժանումները՝ գտնվելով դրանցից 150 կմ հեռավորության վրա։ Տարրական ռազմական նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման բացակայության պատճառով այսօր մենք թողել ենք մի քանի բնակավայրեր և մեծ տարածք»,- հավելել է նա։
Ռամզան Կադիրովը նշել է, որ, իր կարծիքով, ռազմական գործողությունը պետք է իրականացվի «բառի բուն իմաստով, այլ ոչ թե սիրախաղ անել»։ Նրա խոսքով, նպատակներն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել ցանկացած հնարավորություն և ցանկացած զենք։ «Երեկ Իզյումում շքերթ էր, այսօր դրոշ Լիմանում, իսկ վաղը՝ ի՞նչ»,- գրել է նա։
Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ դաշնակից ուժերը Կրասնի Լիմանից դուրս են բերվել առավել շահավետ գծեր։ Ինչպես պարզաբանել են վարչությունում, որոշումը կայացվել է շրջապատման սպառնալիքի ստեղծման պատճառով։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ԴԺՀ-ի ղեկավար Դենիս Պուշիլինի հայտարարել էր, որ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը Կրասնի Լիմանում ռուսական բանակը «կես օղակի» մեջ են վերցրել։
Սա վերջին ժամանակներում ռուսական զորքերի առաջին դուրսբերումը չէ։ Սեպտեմբերի սկզբին Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը զորքերը դուրս բերեց Խարկովի ուղղությունից՝ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի հակահարձակման պատճառով։
