Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սի Ծինփինին՝ Չինաստանի կազմավորման 73-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ: Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Ձերդ գերազանցություն,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 73-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ:

Ձեր առաջնորդության ներքո Չինաստանը վերընթաց հաջողություններ է արձանագրել քաղաքական և սոցիալ-տնտեսական առաջընթացի, ինչպես նաև Ձեր երկրի միջազգային հեղինակության առավել ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ: Չինաստանի պես հուսալի գործընկերոջ հետ հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացումն ու համագործակցության ընդլայնումն ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում առաջնահերթ կարևորություն ունեն Հայաստանի համար։

Վերահաստատում եմ իմ պատրաստակամությունը շարունակելու համատեղ ջանքերով նպաստել մեր երկրների միջև փոխգործակցության առավել խորացմանը՝ ի շահ երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների:

Օգտվելով առիթից՝ ցանկանում եմ հաջողություն մաղթել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության Կոմունիստական կուսակցության գալիք 20-րդ համագումարի անցկացմանը և վստահաբար ընդգծել, որ այն անկյունաքարային նշանակություն կունենա Չինաստանի և չին ժողովրդի նվաճումների, հաջողությունների ամփոփման և ապագա մարտահրավերների հասցեագրման գործում։

Մաղթում եմ Ձերդ գերազանցությանը քաջառողջություն և արգասաբեր գործունեություն, իսկ Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ հարատև բարեկեցություն և խաղաղություն»։

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել նաև Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության պետական խորհրդի նախագահ Լի Քեցյանին:

«Ձերդ գերազանցություն,

Հայ ժողովրդի և անձամբ իմ անունից ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և չին բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 73-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ։

Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է փոխադարձ ջերմ կապերի վրա հիմնված հայ-չինական միջպետական հարաբերությունների շարունակական ամրապնդումը՝  ի բարօրություն հայ և չին ժողովուրդների։

2022 թվականը նշանավորվեց մեր երկրների միջև հաստատված դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 30-ամյա հոբելյանով, որը կարևոր հանգրվան դարձավ արձանագրված հաջողությունների և ձեռքբերումների ամփոփման, ինչպես նաև հետագա համագործակցության տեսլականի ուրվագծման համար։

Մեր երկրների փոխհարաբերություններն օժտված են խորացման առավել մեծ ներուժով, ինչի մասին են վկայում փոխադարձ հարգանքի և վստահության վրա հիմնված երկխոսությունը, միջազգային հարթակներում փոխաջակցության և համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը, միջազգային օրակարգի տարաբնույթ հարցերի շուրջ համահունչ մոտեցումները: 

Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերի և հաստատակամ քայլերի շնորհիվ մեզ կհաջողվի շարունակաբար ընդլայնել և որակապես նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնել մեր երկրների միջև հաստատված ակտիվ երկխոսությունը և բազմաշերտ փոխգործակցությունը։

Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ առողջություն, երջանկություն և հաջողություն, իսկ Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝  խաղաղություն և բարգավաճում»,-նշված է ուղերձում:
