Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Ո՛չ Մոսկվան, ո՛չ Բրյուսելը և ո՛չ էլ Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստ չեն ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը և ոչ մեկ պատրաստ չէ Ղարաբաղը ճանաչել Հայաստանի մաս։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ու հավելել՝ այս փաստի հետ պետք է առերեսվել. «Նրանք, գուցե, մի քիչ այլաբանորեն, գուցե, մի քիչ դիավանագիտորեն, երբեմն՝ շատ ուղիղ ասել են դրա մասին ու մենք պետք է այս փաստի հետ առերեսվենք»:

Լրագրողը հետաքրքրվեց՝ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչելուն պատրա՞ստ են, դա՞ է իրենց առաջարկը։

«Գիտեք՝ այդ  երկրների մեջ եղել է հայտարարություն, որոնք ասել են, որ, ըստ էության, միջազգային առումով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի մաս է, եղել է այդ հայտարարությունը հրապարակային», – արձագանքել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ նշանակություն ունեցող հիմքերի վրա պետք է սահմանագծում և սահմանազատում իրականացվի։

«Ադրբեջանական կողմը 19-րդ դարի քարտեզ է մեջ բերում։ 19-րդ դարում Ադրբեջա՞ն է եղել, որ Ադրբեջանի քարտեզ լինի։ Դա է ամբողջ խնդիրը։ Եթե այդպիսի խոսույթ չլիներ, խաղաղության պայմանագիրը վաղուց ստորագրված կլիներ։ ․․․Եթե մենք ընդունում ենք 1991-ի դեկտեմբերի 18-ի իրավական ուժ ունեցող փաստաթուղթը, դելիմիտացիան կարելի է շատ արագ անել։ Դեմարկացիան ուրիշ խնդիր է»,-նշել է Փաշինյանը։
