Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Արամ Թորոսյանը պարզաբանել է Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Առաքել Մարտիկյանի հայտարարությունը, որ ԶՈւ-ն ունի Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու հրաման և պարտավոր է կատարել վերադասի հրամանը: Արամ Թորոսյանը պատասխանել է թեմայի վերաբերյալ «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցերին:

-Ի՞նչ էր ակնարկում ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ Առաքել Մարտիկյանը, երբ ասուլիսի ընթացքում ասաց, որ ԶՈւ-ն ունի Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու հրաման և պարտավոր է կատարել վերադասի հրամանը։

 -ԳՇ պետի տեղակալը տվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր առաքելության ընդհանրական բնութագիրը, այն է՝ պաշտպանել Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքն արտաքին սպառնալիքներից։ Այդ ձևակերպման մեջ որևէ արտառոց կամ նոր բան չկա։

-Այսինքն տվյալ ձևակերպումը որևէ գործողության մասին ակնարկ չէ՞ր։
