Քաղաքացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պետական ծառայության շինիչ շրջանն անցյալ կատարյալ է: Նա դարձել է՝ արդեն գիտակցաբար, զինվորասպան, եղբայրասպան, հայրենասպան: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ, ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը, ով իր հայտարարությունը վերնագրել է «Անվերնագիր»:

Ուրիշի մեջ միշտ լավն եմ փնտրել, սխալականության կանխավարկածն՝ իմ մեջ:

Հիմնականում լռել եմ՝ իմ հայրենակիցների համար դուռ բացելով, համեստ հնարավորություն տալով, արյունից հեռու պահելով, հույս տածելով, որ ժամանակի հոլովույթում յուրաքանչյուրն իր իսկ սխալն ու տմարդությունը կտեսնի և կուղղվի:

Իմ կյանքի խաչուղիներով ու փորձություններով և մեր Հայրենիքի օրհասական պատմավիճակով վկայված, վաստակել եմ, կարծեմ, հետևյալն անձայն ասելու իրավունքը.

Իր առկայությամբ ազգային, համապետական հրամայական համախմբումն անհնար է արդարև: Տարիների բովում նա կարող էր նախաձեռնել, ապահովել մեր միաբանումը, բայց արեց հակառակը:

Կամ մնացած բոլորս՝ իր ընկերներն ու հակառակորդները, ներկաներն ու նախկինները, ժողովրդի առջև ներողամտություն և զղջում հայցելուց հետո միասնական լուծում ենք տալիս ազգի գոյութենական կենսավիճակին, կամ ժողովուրդն ինքը՝ հայ Զինվորի հերոսության վերջին ապավեն որպես, պետք է ժայթքի ոգեղեն թափով և փրկության ափ հանի մեր պետությունն ու պատմությունը:

Եթե այս ուղիներից որևէ մեկը չբացեցինք՝ օտարն է դա անելու: Մեր երկրում, մեր հողում, մեր տան մեջ, մեր իջեցված դրոշակով, նահատակվող նորանոր երիտասարդ կյանքերով:

Նա պետք է գնա, ապա թե ոչ՝ նրանք են գալու:

Պետք է անկի, որ Հայրենիքը բարձրանա:
