Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը Ստրասբուրգ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի Միգրացիայի և փախստականների հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Լեյլա Կայաչիկի հետ, NEWS.am-ին տեղեկացնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

Պաշտպան Գրիգորյանը Լեյլա Կայաչիկին է ներկայացրել Հայաստանում փախստականների և ապաստան հայցող անձանց, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից և Ուկրաինայից Հայաստան ժամանած, իրավունքների ապահովման մարտահրավերները, Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվող գործունեությանը:

Լեյլա Կայաչիկը ներկայացրել է իր մանդատն ու կարևորել ԵԽ կոնվենցիոն պարտավորությունների կատարման շրջանակներում, ինչպես պետությունների, այնպես էլ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հաստատությունների հետ աշխատանքն ու համագործակցությունը:

Գրիգորյանը, անդրադառնալով Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի՝ սեպտեմբերի 16-ին հրապարակած զեկույցին, ընդգծել է Ադրբեջանի հարձակման հետևանքով Գեղարքունիքի, Սյունիքի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերից տեղահանված առնվազն 7600 անձանց կենսական պայմանների ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ շեշտելով տեղահանված անձանց շրջանում մեծամասնություն կազմող կանանց, ծերերի, երեխաների և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հատուկ պաշպանության կարևորությունը:

Երկուստեք պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել շարունակելու համագործակցությունը հստակ գործողությունների, այդ թվում՝ Պաշտպանի հաստատությանն աջակցելու ուղղությամբ:

Պաշտպանը հանդիպել է նաև ԵԽ Մարդու իրավունքների և իրավունքի գերակայության գլխավոր տնօրինության Մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով տնօրեն Քրիստոֆ Պուարելիի հետ:

Քրիստոֆ Պուարելի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Գլխավոր տնօրինության մանդատի շրջանակներում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հետ համատեղ իրականացվող ծրագրերը, մասնավորապես անդրադարձ է կատարվել «Մարդու իրավունքներ և կանայք Հայաստանի զինված ուժերում» ծրագրի արդյունքներին և վերջինիս շարունակականության կարևորությանը:

Պաշտպանն իր խոսքում ընդգծել է ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի հետ շարունակական արդյունավետ համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը, շեշտել Հայաստան-ԵԽ նոր Գործողությունների ծրագրի ընդունման և մեկնարկի անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրել առաջարկներ ԵԽ այլ հնարավոր մեխանիզմների շրջանակներում նոր ծրագրային ուղղություններ նախատեսելու վերաբերյալ` միտված աջակցելու Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատությանը:

Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների ապահովման հրատապ անհրաժեշտությանը, Պաշտպանը մատնանշել է Հայաստան-ԵԽ նոր 2023-2025թթ. ԳԾ-ի շրջանակներում համապատասխան աջակցության տրամադրման կարևորությունը և վերահաստատել Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու համագործակցության խորացմանն ուղղված ջանքերի գործադրումը:
