Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ասել է, որ ԱՊՀ երկրների սահմաններին ստեղծված իրավիճակը մեծ ուշադրություն է պահանջում։ Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է ԱՊՀ երկրների հետախուզական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ, փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
«Հենց այնտեղ են ձևավորվում անվտանգության բազմաթիվ ընդհանուր սպառնալիքներ, որոնք, եթե դրանք ժամանակին չդադարեցվեն, կարող են բացասաբար ազդել մեր երկրների իրավիճակի վրա»,- ասել է նա։
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել էր, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը սեպտեմբերի 29-ին հանդիպում կանցկացնի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների հետ։ Նա բշել է, որ հնարավոր են նաև մի քանի միջազգային զանգեր։
