Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ սեպտեմբերի 29-ի նիտում որոշեց, որ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ու դրանից հետո զոհված զինծառայողների հուղարկավորության ծախսերը կհոգա պետությունը։

Նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ հուղարկավորման ծախսերի հատուցման գումարը զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին վճարվում է շուրջ 30 օրվա ընթացքում, որի պարագայում զոհվածի ընտանիքների մի մասը հուղարկավորման միջոցառման կազմակերպման համար ստիպված են լինում անհրաժեշտ գումարը ձեռք բերել պարտքով` հարազատներից կամ այլ անձանցից, ինչպես նաև նշված հանգամանքը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում նաև վերջիններիս բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի վրա:

Որոշման նախագծի համաձայն՝ նախատեսվում է, անկախ ռազմական դրություն հայտարարված լինելու հանգամանքից, որոշմամբ սահմանված 700 հազար դրամի չափով հուղարկավորման ծախսերի հատուցումը ՀՀ պաշտպանության մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու կամ հակառակորդի հետ շփման գծում մարտական հերթապահության կամ հատուկ առաջադրանք կատարելու ժամանակ կամ հակառակորդի նախահարձակ գործողության հետևանքով զոհված (մահացած) զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին տրամադրել նախապես՝ մինչև հուղարկավորության կատարումը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 12-ի լույս 13-ի գիշերը Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը լայնածավալ ագրեսիա են սկսել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ՝ խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակների, հրետանու, հրթիռային համակարգերի, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմամբ: Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով զոհվածների և անհետ կորածների թիվը հասնում է 207-ի, այդ թվում՝ զոհվել է քաղաքացիական 3 անձ, 2 քաղաքացիական անձի գտնվելու վայրը համարվում է անհայտ, վիրավորվել է 293 զինծառայող, 7 քաղաքացիական անձ, գերեվարվել է 20 զինծառայող:
