Բանակում զոհված զինծառայողների անունները պիտի հրապարակվեին, մահվան հանգամանքները պիտի հայտնի դառնային հասարակությանը:
 
Խորհուրդը շատ պարզ էր, միաժամանակ նաև շատ կարևոր:
 
Հայրենիքի համար ընկած հերոսի և հայրենիքին իր պարտքը կատարելուց կյանքը նվիրաբերած հայորդուն պիտի իմանայինք անվանական, պիտի ճանաչեինք դեմքով:
 
Այդպես են հերոսին հարգանքի տուրք մատուցում: Իսկ նրա ծառայակիցներն հասկանում` որ ոչինիչ չի կեղծվում: Հասարակությունն էլ նաև այդպես էր լցվում վստահությամբ առ բանակ:
Վերջին չորս տարում անուն ազգանունները դարձան թվեր, այն էլ կեղծված` պլուս մինուսներով: Բանակի անուններից մնաց միայն ձերբակալվող զինվորականների մասին հաղորդագրությունները, որոնք ուղղված են նիկոլի սրբագործմանը:
