Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանն Ամանորի շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել։

«Ահա եւ եկել է պահը, երբ պետք է հրաժեշտ տանք 2015 թվականին:

Ամեն անցնող տարի իր անջնջելի հետքն է թողնում պատմության մեջ եւ մեր կյանքում, ինչպես նաեւ իր հետ տանում է մեր կյանքի մի մասնիկը` տեղ բացելով նորի համար` նոր հաջողությունների, նոր ձեռքբերումների ու արարումների: Հենց այդ հույսով ու ակնկալիքով էլ մենք դիմավորում ենք Նոր տարին` 2016 թվականը, որը բոլորիս համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ պետք է ավելի արդյունավետ ու բարեհաջող լինի մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի, Արցախի յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի համար: Այդպիսինն են մեր ցանկություններն ու սպասելիքները:

Սակայն, մենք ապրում ենք աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդ ու դժվարին պայմաններում, ինչը, բնականաբար, իր ազդեցությունն է ունենում նաեւ մեր տարածաշրջանի եւ հանրապետության կենսագործունեության վրա: Եվ միասնական ուժերով, Հայաստանի եւ Սփյուռքի մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների հետ ձեռք ձեռքի անում ենք հնարավորը՝ լուծելու ծառացած խնդիրները, զարգացնելու տնտեսությունը, առաջընթաց գրանցելու տարբեր ոլորտներում:

Այդ խնդիրների շարքում առանձնակի են մեր ժողովրդի եւ պետության անվտանգության ու պաշտպանունակության հարցերը: Պաշտպանության բանակի շարունակական զորացումը եւ մարտունակության մակարդակի բարձրացումը եղել է ու լինելու է մեր ռազմավարական գերակա ուղղություններից մեկը եւ միշտ գտնվելու է պետության հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Մեր հերոսական բանակի զինվորների քաջության ու խիզախության շնորհիվ անցնող տարում կասեցվել են հակառակորդի բոլոր ստոր ու սադրիչ գործողությունները, եւ նա, կրելով մեծ կորուստներ, ետ է շպրտվել իր ելման դիրքերը: Ցավոք, հայրենիքը պաշտպանելիս իրենց կյանքն են զոհաբերել մեր քաջ հայորդիները: Նրանց անունները ոսկե տառերով են գրվել Արցախի Հանրապետության եւ հայ ժողովրդի տարեգրության մեջ:
