Ինչու է ՌԴ դեսպանն այցելել Ջերմուկ եւ Գորիս

Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը և դեսպանատան ռազմական և ռազմաօդային ուժերի հարցերով կցորդ Վյաչեսլավ Կոսովը Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի Զորքերի (ուժերի) միացյալ խմբավորման հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Տիգրան Փարվանյան հետ այցելել են Ջերմուկ և Գորիս։ Ըստ դեսպանատան հաղորդագրության, Կոպիրկինը տեղում հանդիպել է հայկական բանակի հրամանատարության ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Կոպիրկինը եղել է նաև Գորիսի 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանի առանձին գումարտակային խմբի և Սիսիանում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի առանձին ավիացիոն խմբի տեղակայման վայրերում։
Կոպիրկինը Սյունիքի մարզ էր այցելել նաեւ 2021-ի հունիսի 2-ին, «ծանոթացել ռուս և հայ սահմանապահների ծառայությանը, որոնք տեղակայված են Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին», ինչպես ասվում էր դեսպանատան հաղորդագրության մեջ։ Հիշեցնենք՝ այդ այցը տեղի էր ունեցել 2021-ի մայիսին Բաքվի ներխուժումներից հետո։ Ճանապարհի այդ հատվածը հետագայում հանձնվեց Բաքվին։

Հիմա Կոպիրկինը Ջերմուկ եւ Գորիս է այցելում սեպտեմբերի 12-14-ին Բաքվի ներխուժումներից հետո։ ՌԴ-ն ոչ մի անգամ չի հայտարարել, որ Բաքվի զորքերը պետք է հեռացվեն ելման դիրքեր։ Հայտնի է դարձել նաեւ, որ ռազմական գործողությունները կասեցվել են ԱՄՆ միջամտությամբ։ ՌԴ-ն խուսափում է նաեւ ագրեսիա, ներխուժում եւ նման այլ եզրերից, դրանք որակելով սահմանային միջադեպեր, ներխուժումների շրջանները՝ վիճելի տարածքներ։ Ավելին, ՌԴ-ն տապալեց այս ագրեսիայի վերաբերյալ բանաձեւի ընդունումը ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ում։
ԱՄՆ, ԵՄ-ն պահանջում են Բաքվի զորքերի հեռացում ելման դիրքեր, իսկ Իրանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ կա Հայաստանի հարավը զավթելու եւ Իրանը Հայաստանից կտրելու մտադրություն, ակնարկելով ՌԴ-Թուրքիա զույգին:
Սա տխրահռչակ Սոթք-Խոզնավար գիծն է, որտեղ «ռուսների հետ անվտանգության նոր համակարգ» պետք է կառուցվեր՝ ռուս զինվորականների տեղակայմամբ։ Ռուսների նպատակը Սյունիքի մարզի օտարումն է, ինչն իրագործվում է Բաքվի ներխուժումների եւ ռուս զինվորականների՝ իրենց դիրքերը լքելու մեխանիզմով։
Ռուսաստանը չի հրաժարվել իր մտադրություններից, եւ ՌԴ դեսպանի այցը, ինչպես նաեւ մի քանի օր առաջ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի այցն իրավիճակը եւ նոր տեղակայումների վայրերն ուսումնասիրելու նպատակ ունեն։ Այդ դիրքերը բնականաբար հետագահում լքվելու են։
Այսօր, Բաքվի ԱԳ նախարարի՝ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Լավրովի եւ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Չավուշօղլուի հետ զրույցներից հետո Բաքվի զորքերը կրկին հարձակում են գործել հայկական դիրքերի վրա։
