ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդևանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում ասվում է․
«Օրեր առաջ ՀՀ առաջին նախագահը ներկայացրեց, որ իրավիճակն օրհասական է, նույնիսկ օգտագործվում էր մեզ սպառնացող<<կապիտուլյացիա>> եզրույթը: Առաջին նախագահի դիրքորոշմանը կամ մեկնաբանություններին այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ չեմ անդրադառնա:
ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահն այսօր ևս արձանագրեց իրավիճակի օրհասական բնույթը: Հանրապետության երկու նախագահ հրապարակավ արձանագրել է այդ իրողությունը: Ըստ էության նույն դիրքորոշումն արձանագրել է նաև օրվա իշխանությունը:
Նախագահ Քոչարյանը հստակ ներկայացրեց նաև այս իրավիճակից դուրս գալու կոնցեպտներ, այդ թվում անվտանգային քաղաքականության արտաքին և ներքին՝ լուրջ փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությունը: Հստակ արձանագրվել է նաև, որ սա իշխանության համար պայքար չէ, սա մեր, բոլորիս պետականության պահպանման պայքարի մասին է:
Հայաստանի երկու նախագահներն արձանագրում են, որ մեր պետականության պահպանման համար անհրաժեշտ է բացառիկ համախմբում: Դրա ապացույցներից է Վեհափառ Հայրապետի մոտ նախկին բոլոր նախագահների հանդիպման փաստը: Մեզ անհրաժեշտ է այնպիսի համախմբում, որը կարող է լինել պատմական: Մեր հասարակության մեջ միշտ եղել են կարծիքների բախումներ, սակայն այսպիսի պառակտում, որ առկա է վերջին տարիրներին և առկա է հիմա՝ երբեք չի եղել:
2021 թվականի արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով որևէ անձ վարչապետ չի ընտրվել, որևէ անձի պաշտոնի չեն ընտրել: Լեգիտիմիության դեֆիցիտի պայմաններում ժողովուրդը երեք քաղաքական ուժի պատվիրակել է մանդատ: Հետևաբար հենց այդ երեք ուժերը, այս օրհասական պահին կարող են սկիզբ դնել իրական հանրային համախմբմանը. ապահովել «մասնակի իշխանափոխություն»՝ հնարավորություն տալով նոր բանակցող ունենալու, նոր բանակցություններ սկսելու, այս վիճակից դուրս գալու իրական շանս ունենալու, դրա համար պայքարելու համար:
Կրկին պետք է հիշեցնեմ նույն 1940 թվականին (պատերազմական պայմաններում) Անգլիայի փորձը, որտեղ խորհրդարանական բոլոր ուժերը համաձայնեցին «խաղաղության օրակարգի» աջակից վարչապետ Չեմբեռլենի առջև դնեն հրաժարականի պահանջ և բոլոր խորհրդարանական ուժերը աջակցեցին Չերչիլին»:
