Հայաստանում հիմնվել է խխունջաբուծության առաջին ֆերման
SOCIETYՄասնագիտությամբ ռեժիսոր Վահեն Եվրոպայից ներկրված խխունջների համար Բյուրականում ֆերմա է հիմնադրել: Այն Հայաստանում առաջինն է. խխունջների համար ստեղծվել են հատուկ պայմաններ:
Վահեն ոլորտն իր համար բացահայտել է պատահմամբ, երբ ընկերներից մեկի խնդրանքով սկսեց ուսումնասիրել Հայաստանում խխունջաբուծության պայմանները:
Սկզբում անհաջողություններն էին. աշխատանքների մեկնարկում Վահեն ուսումնասիրում էր հայկական լեռնային խխունջը, որը բուծման ենթակա չէր: Ի վերջո, կնոջ խորհրդով մեկնեց Հունաստան, մասնակցեց դասընթացների և սովորեց խխունջաբուծության նրբությունները, մեթոդներն ու եղանակները:
Այժմ Վահեի ֆերմայում խխունջների համար կան բոլոր նպաստավոր պայմանները՝ առողջ սնունդ, անհրաժեշտ խոնավություն… Ամեն ինչ հարմարեցված է։ Ֆերմայում բնակվում են եվրոպական երկու տեսակի խխունջներ։
Խխունջների ֆերման Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և Գերմանիայի բնության պահպանության միության (NABU-ի) «Գյուղական տուրիզմի զարգացման ծրագրի» շահառուներից է: Տրամադրված դրամաշնորհի միջոցով Վահեն կարողացել է ֆերմայում տաղավար կառուցել՝ հյուրերին ընդունելու և համեղ դելիկատեսներ պատրաստելու համար:
«Ի զարմանս ինձ՝ տեսա, որ խխունջաբուծությունը գյուղատնտեսական, անասնապահական շատ լուրջ ուղղություն է, որը տարածված է Եվրոպայում ու հասել է Լատինական Ամերիկա: Սա եվրոպական գյուղատնտեսական ուղղություն է, համարվում է ծույլերի ֆերմա. քիչ բան կա անելու, քո օրվա ռիթմը դառնում է «խխունջային», դանդաղ, մտածված ու հանգիստ: Վերաբերվում եմ որպես փոքր եղջերավոր անասնապահության, ամենափոքր: Կառուցված տաղավարն օգնեց, որ եկամուտ ունենամ: Հյուրեր ենք ընդունում, խխունջների պատրաստման մաստեր կլաս ենք անում, համտես, հյուրասիրություն: Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և NABU-ի ծրագիրն իրապես կարևոր է ինձ համար: Եթե ծրագիրը չլիներ, իմ եկամտի աղբյուրը կլիներ ֆերմայի մեծացումից հետո: Իսկ այս ծրագիրն ինձ օգնեց այնքանով, որ կարողանամ ֆերման պահեմ»,- նշում է Վահե Հախվերդյանը:
Վահեի խխունջների ֆերման եզակի տուրիստական ուղղություն է, նաև՝ տարածաշրջանում։
