ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևն իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում անդրադարձել է ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության ֆոնին միջուկային զենքի կիրառմանը:

«Վերջին օրերի թեման ռուսական միջուկային սպառնալիքն է։ Բայդենն (ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդեն) ու Թրասը (Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Լիզ Թրաս), տարբեր երկրորդական բլինկեններն (ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկեն) ու սալիվանները (Բայդենի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջեյք Սալիվան), որոնք ցողելով ատլանտյան թուքը, պահանջում են, որ Ռուսաստանը ձեռքը հանի իր «միջուկային կոճակից»: Նրանք բոլորով մեզ անընդհատ սպառնում են «սարսափելի» հետևանքներով, եթե Ռուսաստանը միջուկային զենք օգտագործի։ Իսկ լոնդոնյան մորաքույրը (նկատի ունի Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Լիզ Թրասին), երիտասարդ մտքով, միանգամայն պատրաստ է անհապաղ միջուկային հարվածների փոխանակում սկսել մեր երկրի հետ։ 

Պետք է նորից հիշեցնեմ՝ խուլերի համար, որոնք լսում են միայն իրենց: Ռուսաստանը իրավունք ունի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում միջուկային զենք կիրառել. կանխորոշված դեպքերում՝ միջուկային զսպման ոլորտում պետական քաղաքականության հիմունքներին խստորեն համապատասխան:
Եթե մենք կամ մեր դաշնակիցները հարձակման ենթարկվեն այս տեսակի զենքի օգտագործմամբ: Կամ եթե սովորական զենքի կիրառմամբ ագրեսիան սպառնում է մեր պետության գոյությանը։ Այս մասին ուղղակիորեն վերջերս է խոսել Ռուսաստանի նախագահը։

Կիևի ռեժիմի բանականության և քաղաքական կամքի վրա հույս դնելն անիմաստ է...

Պատկերացրեք, որ Ռուսաստանը ստիպված է օգտագործել ամենասարսափելի զենքը ուկրաինական ռեժիմի դեմ, որը կատարել է լայնածավալ ագրեսիա, որը վտանգավոր է մեր պետության գոյության համար։ Ես հավատում եմ, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն նույնիսկ այս իրավիճակում ուղղակիորեն չի միջամտի հակամարտությանը։ Ի վերջո, Վաշինգտոնի, Լոնդոնի, Բրյուսելի անվտանգությունը Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի համար շատ ավելի կարևոր է, քան կործանվող Ուկրաինայի ճակատագիրը, որը ոչ ոքի պետք չէ, թեկուզ առատորեն մատակարարվում է տարբեր զինատեսակներով։

Արևմտյան երկրների համար ժամանակակից զենքի մատակարարումը պարզապես բիզնես է, սակայն մեր նկատմամբ խիստ ատելության համադրությամբ: Ոչ ավելին: Արտասահմանյան և եվրոպացի դեմագոգները չեն պատրաստվում կործանվել միջուկային ապոկալիպսիսում։ Ուստի նրանք կուլ կտան ներկայիս հակամարտությունում ցանկացած զենքի կիրառումը։ Նման մի բան…

Լավ կլիներ, որ այս տխուր եզրակացությունը գոնե մասամբ իրականացվեր Կիևի իշխանությունների կողմից։ Ավաղ, սա գրեթե անհնար է։ Նրանք մշտական պատերազմական կատաղության մեջ են՝ թմրանյութային տարօրինակ երազների կարճ դադարներով», - գրել է Մեդվեդևը:
