Պատժամիջոցների ցանկում ընդգրլված են նաեւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Անդրեյ Յարինը, Ռուսաստանի ԿԸՀ ղեկավարի տեղակալ Նիկոլայ Բուլաեւը:
