Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեից տեղեկացնում են, որ 2022 թ. սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայացած Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի նիստի արդյունքում ընդունված որոշման համաձայն՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից անձնական օգտագործման համար սահմանված առցանց անմաքս առևտրի շեմը (միջազգային փոստային առաքանիներով և (կամ) փոխադրողի կողմից տեղափոխվող ապրանքներ) կգործի մինչև 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը՝ 2022 թ․ հոկտեմբերի 1-ի փոխարեն:

ՊԵԿ-ից հիշեցնում են, որ 2022 թվականի մարտի 17-ին Մոսկվայում կայացած Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում ընդունված որոշմամբ՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից անձնական օգտագործման համար առցանց անմաքս առևտրի շեմը՝ 200 եվրոյի փոխարեն սահմանվել է 1000 եվրո և (կամ) 31 կգ: Նշված որոշումը հրապարակվել էր ԵԱՏՄ հանձնաժողովի կայքում 2022 թ․ մարտի 21-ին և ուժի մեջ է մտել հրապարակվելուց հետո տասներորդ օրը՝ 2022 թ․ մարտի 31-ին։ Միաժամանակ կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ի N 107 որոշմամբ սահմանված է, որ անդամ պետությունների ազգային օրենսդրությամբ կարող են սահմանվել որոշմամբ նախատեսված արժեքային, քաշային և (կամ) քանակական նորմերից ավելի խիստ նորմեր, որոնց դեպքում գործում են ազգային օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերը։ ՀՀ ազգային օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված է առավել խիստ նորմ՝ 200․000 ՀՀ դրամ և (կամ) 31 կգ, հետևաբար շարունակելու է գործել սահմանված 200․000 դրամի և (կամ) 31 կգ-ի արտոնության շեմը։

ՊԵԿ-ը հայտնում է, որ նշված կարգավորումները վերաբերում են բացառապես անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքներին։
