Ինչու է Էրդողանն ուզում հանդիպել Փաշինյանին․ սկսում է նոր փուլը

Էրդողանը հայտարարեց Փաշինյանի հետ Պրահայում հավանական հանդիպման մասին, այն բանից հետո, երբ Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նիստից հետո նա հանդիպում չստացավ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բայդենի հետ, ինչին շատ էր ձգտում։ Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Էրդողանին շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև գերիների վերադարձի գործարքի համար։
Էրդողանը խոստացել է ԱՄՆ-ից վերադառնալուց հետո «քայլեր անել» Հարավային Կովկասում։ Այս համատեքստում վերլուծաբանները փորձում են գուշակել, թե նոր պայմաններում ինչ քայլեր կարող է ձեռնարկել Էրդողանը Հայաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու համար։
Սեպտեմբերը կարող է արմատապես փոխել դասավորվածությունը տարածաշրջանում, եթե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը կարողանա հաղթահարել իր վախերը: ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի աջակցությունը հնարավորություն տվեց խաթարել ռուս-թուրքական «Ջերմուկ օպերացիայի» ներկա փուլը՝ ռուսների վերահսկողությամբ միջանցքը բացելու և Սամարղանդում ՇՀԿ գագաթնաժողովում դա «օրինականացնելու» նպատակով։
Բաքվում, Անկարայում և Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի վրա ճնշման լծակներ են մնում ՀՀ ղեկավարության վախերը, «հեղաշրջման» սպառնալիքները և կոմպրոմատները։ Հայաստանում ուղղորդված քարոզչությունը փորձում է խուճապ սերմանել և հանրությանը համակերպել զիջումների։
Էրդողանն ու Պուտինն ավարտեցին այս փուլը. ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերման տեղում Բաքվի զորքերի ներխուժումից եւ Հայաստանում Զասի սարքած բալագանից հետո Պուտինը Էրդողանից ընդունեց իր կնքահայր Մեդվեդչուկին: Այժմ սկսվում է հաջորդ փուլը։
Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի նպատակները պարզ են։ Իսկ ի՞նչ է ուզում Հայաստանը. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից կրկին հայտարարեց 29,8 հազար քմ. կմ-ի մասին՝ խոնարհաբար խնդրելով Ալիեւին ցույց տալ Հայաստանի քարտեզը, որը համաձայն է ճանաչել։ Փաշինյանը չխոսեց Հայաստանի լեգիտիմ քարտեզների, Կարսի անօրինական պայմանագրի, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի և Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, նոր ներխուժման ու «հեղաշրջման» հետ կապված խուճապն իր դերն է խաղում։
