Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

ՄԻ ԽԱՅՏԱՌԱԿ ԳՈՐԾՈՂՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀԵՏՔԵՐՈՎ
Երեկ համացանցում տարածվեց Թուրքիային երկու քուրդ զինյալների՝ Աթիլլա Չիչեկի (Լեհենգ) և Հուսեյն Յլդրիմի (Ալիշեր) արտահանձման խայտառակ նորությունը։ Դեռևս սեպտեմբերի 23-ին Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունները հայտարարել էին, որ իրենք երկրի սահմանների մոտ ձերբակալել և Թուրքիա են տեղափոխել այդ անձանց, իսկ մեկ օր անց քրդական կազմակերպությունների խորհուրդը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին էր մեղադրել Թուրքիայի հետ այս հարցում համագործակցության համար (երկու հղումները՝ ստորև)։
 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱԱԾ-ն և Արդարադատության նախարարությունը երեկ շտապեցին հայտարարել, որ իրենք որևէ առնչություն չունեն այդ գործողության հետ։ Անկեղծ ցանկանում եմ դրան հավատալ, սակայն ինձ մոտ, որպես իրավագիտակից քաղաքացու, առաջանում են մի շարք հարցեր՝
ա) այս երկու անձիք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանն են հատել 2021 թ․ օգոստոսի 16-ին, ձերբակալվել և հանձնվել են հայկական արդարադատությանը, 2022 թ․ հունվարին Սյունիքի Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի կողմից դատապարտվել են 7-ական տարվա ազատազրկման, սակայն տառացիորեն մեկ ամիս անց, փետրվարի 23-ին, ՀՀ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի կողմից նրանց դատավճիռը կրճատվել է 5-ական տարու, և նրանք պայմանական ազատ են արձակվել։ Ինչպե՞ս է ստացվել, որ մեր երկրի սահմանը հատած, մինչև ատամները զինված այս անձիք այդպիսի մեղմ դատավճիռ են ստացել, և փաստացի ազատ են արձակվել:
 
բ) պայմանական ազատության մեջ հայտնվելուց հետո, դատապարտյալները պարտավոր էին գտնվել ՀՀ տարածքում, ՀՀ Ոստիկանության անմիջական վերահսկողության ներքո։ Այդ դեպքում, ինչպե՞ս է ստացվել, որ նրանք այսօր Թուրքիայի տարածքում են։
 
գ) Եթե նրանք ինքնուրույն են հատել մեր երկրի սահմանը, ինչու՞ մեր ԱԱԾ-ն դա չի կանխել։ Եթե նրանց մեր երկրի տարածքից առևանգվել են, ինչպե՞ս է մեր ԱԱԾ-ն դա թույլ տվել։ Եվ վերջապես, եթե այդ անձիք հանձնվել են թուրքական հատուկ ծառայություններին մեր իշխանությունների կողմից, ապա պետական իշխանության որ մարմինն է այդ որոշումը ընդունել, ինչ իրավասությունների հիման վրա, և համաձայն ինչպիսի՞ միջազգային պայմանագրերի։
 
Ես առաջարկում եմ մեր ԱԱԾ-ին այս հարցերին անկեղծ պատասխան տալ, այլապես ոչ մի երաշխիք չկա, որ վաղը նույնը տեղի չի ունենա ՀՀ ցանկացած քաղաքացու հետ։ Կարող եք խուսափել պատասխաններից, և հերթական անգամ հարցը լղոզել, ինչպես փորձել եք անել երեկվա ձեր հայտարարությամբ։ Սակայն տեղի է ունեցել ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողություն, և վաղ թե ուշ նրա մեղավորները պարզվելու են, և պատասխանատվության են ենթարկվելու։ Եթե դուք ծառայում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, գործեք օրենքի շրջանակներում, և ապահովեք օրենքի գերակայությունը բոլորի համար։
